Can't
give
this
any
stars
because
of
their
customer
service,
but
have
to
give
one
to
allow
post.
In
January
2020
I
booked
2
nights
for
November
2020
via
Bookings.com
and
paid
at
the
same
time.
Due
to
flight
cancellations
and
SA
government
not
allowing
tourists
to
visit
until
February
2021,
I
cancelled
booking
late
June
2020.
Perla
cancellation
policy
is
to
charge
10%
when
cancelled
this
early,
which
I
am
happy
to
pay.
As
yet
(Mid
August),
no-one
has
had
the
decency
to
reply
to
my
emails.
BEWARE....

note.
I
was
contacted
1
day
after
this
post.
They
have
been
closed
for
several
months
due
to
Covid-19.
They
have
now
agreed
to
process
a
refund,
so
when
received,
I
will
amend
this
post.
Update
27th
Aug
2020.
Today
I
have
received
the
refund
I
requested
just
over
a
month
ago.
Due
to
closure
of
business
due
to
Covid-19
then
delays
were
to
be
expected,
but
no
mention
of
this
on
the
web
site.
Kate
contacted
me
and
has
processed
the
refund
so
I
have
amended
the
rating.
If
we
do
manage
to
holiday
in
SA
and
stay
here
I
will
look
to
increase
the
rating
if
suitable
