Amazing views and rooms, ask for the top room if possible.. Superb proximity to beach and restaurant. Service was super and so helpful Thank You to the owners and for the support.

This place is purely for relaxation, massages, ocean views in a hot jacuzzi are unrealistically relaxing, and unrealistically comfortable feather beds are simply magnificent. James there to help you anytime, just cool place for weekends. Nice restaurant 3-min walk from the place on the beachside. Even in windy weather, they have a spot to have a wine and cheese platter . Owner book for us all activities that we ask, so from the start to the end of or weekends it was amazing

Such an incredible experience. The host was very accomodating in booking us and adding all the extra details to make our stay a true home away from home. The view of the Onrus River meeting the sea from the deck, jacuzzi and summerhouse were breathtaking. The massages were rejuvenating and very professionally done. The accommodation is located close to resturants and is easy to find and access. Also very close to accessing the beach. The establishment allows for a private, mystical and luxurious experience and one that we will never forget. A special thanks to James for making us feel at home throughout our stay and to the owner for personally coming to greet us. We will definitely see you soon again.

Spent two days of our honeymoon at this beautiful place. What we loved: Amazing views; comfortable bed; quick & easy access to the lake and beach Things to note: You're paying for the location and to support local. I.e. There are no appliances in the room to make your own breakfast, the bar fridge is fully stocked with price list, you have to pay to heat the jacuzzi and for extra wood. So make sure you're prepared to spend a bit extra on food & activities. Also, if you want full privacy and no-one coming into your room to clean up, be sure to make it very clear when you arrive. All-in-all, if you can afford it, do it :)

Kennedy's Beach Villas are absolutely beautiful, peaceful, spacious and with beautiful views of the ocean. James always has a smile on his face and are ready to assist at any time. Ymile, what a lovely lady you are... We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it to others!

What a breath of fresh air ... We stayed for two nights and were very comfortable and relaxed. Super views, very comfortable room and Very helpful and friendly owner Ymile Kennedy and James.... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

Arrived on a sweltering day. The aircon hadn't been turned on to provide a cool room AND there was no ice in the fridge! Our promised private jacuzzi was far from private. Does not live up to its 4 Stars, sadly.

Breathtaking views, stunning deck and jacuzzi and privacy for our engagement! James was a wonderful host and catered to all our needs. We will be back!

We stayed at the beach suite for our anniversary. The room's got everything you need, spotless, comfortable bed, electric blanket, coffee and tea station with rusks, sherry, water and a small treat on arrival. The bathroom is also spotless. The view to the sea and fynbos was the highlight of our stay. There is also security beams outside the room, which made us feel very safe. The host James is very hospitable and quick to react. We went out for dinner and when we came back they cleaned our room and place a light on the table  (electricity was off), which was a welcoming suprise. It unfortunately rained and the wind was very strong during our stay so we weren't able to experience the jacuzzi or braai since the jacuzzi and braai area are on a deck in the wind with no cover. There is a balcony on the second floor of the house that looks over the jacuzzi and braai area, which makes the jacuzzi and braai area not very private. Perhaps the owners can place a divider of some sorts at the jacuzzi and a build in braai area closer to the room. The anniversary package is not a special package or promotion since you need to pay, in addition to your normal accommodation rate, a fee for the couples massage, cheese platter, roses, lindt chocolates and champagne. You are better of buying it yourself. I think if its not raining or if its not windy you definitely get what you pay for. Otherwise, you will pay for facilities that you will not be able to use. The owner did indeed offer for us to book out later on the Sunday to experience the jacuzzi, which was a testament to their great hosting. However, by that time we unfortunately already had other plans.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! STUNNING PLACE, In the corner of the Onrus River and the sea, in beautiful Hermanus. Stunning scenery & views of the Mountains in the back, the river and the sea. Warm friendly atmosphere with the sounds of the waves breaking. So peaceful!! Sit in the jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the ocean, river and mountains.
