Clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient access to wedding venues in the area, beautiful view, safe environment. We books a weekend away here at Uylenvlei in order to attend a wedding next door at the Uijlenes. The venues are right next door and the resort management were very accommodating to allow us flexibility in our stay given that it was off-peak season. Thank for the lovely stay.

Found our room to be spacious with very outdated furniture. Toilet had a leak and no windows to open for fresh air. One white towel per person for the entire weekend. Cupboards smelled mouldy and room was truly not clean. Spider webs, dirty windows and bedding that did not fit the duvet inner. Studs all broken or missing. We did enjoy the quiet atmosphere and fresh air. Nobody to see us out, so nothing could be reported.

Absolutely beautiful place. It's our 3rd time at this resort. Spacious as ever for the kids to run around. Atmosphere is priceless. So affordable. Whether u r a small or big group this is the place to be.

Staff was friendly, but we did not have a good experience staying here at all. Arrived to a cold and damp room with no hot water. The damp was caused by the shower leaking into the carpet quite badly. We asked to move to another room, only to discover late that night that the shower there does not work either. As we left the next morning we noticed that the glass door to the communal kitchen had literally fallen out. There was glass everywhere.

The stay was amazing , exactly as stated on their site, everything needed is there. Host was friendly and very accommodating.

Stayed there for a wedding next door. During the night it rained and discovered the roof leaks that's why the room has a strong moldy odour. The rain was running down the walls. We moved our bed away from the wall. Otherwise very quiet and peaceful.
