One
star
is
being
kind.
We
went
to
the
restaurant
with
high
expectations
being
recommended
by
a
family
member
and
were
completely
let
down.
We
were
excited
to
experience
the
tasty
looking
food
and
good
service
but
this
did
not
happen.
We
waited
ten
minutes
and
the
waiter
still
hadn’t
even
come
to
ask
our
drink
order.
We
tried
to
flag
her
down
and
she
brushed
us
off
saying
she
would
come
later,
she
was
too
busy
attending
to
the
few
other
tables.
When
she
finally
came
and
took
our
orders
she
apologized
but
it
wasn’t
enough.
She
came
back
after
five
minutes
to
tell
us
they
were
out
of
stock
of
all
vegan
food.
As
a
place
that
advertises
vegan
options
this
is
not
acceptable.
As
a
vegan
it
is
the
only
thing
I
could
have
so
we
told
her
we
were
walking
out
and
the
service
was
as
non
existent
and
she
simply
nodded
and
left.
The
owner
came
to
speak
to
us
and
while
she
was
doing
so
the
waiter
kept
interrupting
us
and
speaking
to
the
owner
as
we
were
speaking
to
her.
Eventually
she
walked
away
after
we
told
her
how
rude
she
was
being
and
the
owner
said
they
were
very
busy,
but
despite
having
only
a
few
tables
most
of
the
restaurant
was
empty.
This
isn’t
an
excuse
for
bad
service,
the
restaurant
should
have
enough
staff
to
deal
with
the
load
and
if
they
couldn’t
handle
a
few
tables
I
can
only
wonder
how
bad
the
service
must
be
on
an
actually
busy
day.
We
left
very
disappointed
and
extremely
angry
with
the
lack
of
service.
We
didn’t
even
get
to
taste
the
food
because
of
how
terrible
the
service
was.
Reading
the
other
reviews
there
are
countless
mentions
of
terrible
service
and
people
walking
out
and
the
owner
making
no
suggestions
or
promises
to
improve
this
huge
problem.
They
are
clearly
losing
profit,
reputation
and
customer
loyalty
by
this
massive
problem.
I
feel
they
have
a
lot
of
potential,
but
unless
they
improve
this
problem,
they
will
continue
to
spiral
downwards.
I
don’t
understand
why
the
owner
isn’t
actively
working
to
improve
this
problem.
Instead
the
owner
is
replying
to
other
peoples
reviews
telling
them
they
are
attentive
and
the
reviewer
must
have
got
the
wrong
restaurant
they
need
to
wake
up
and
accept
the
facts
to
make
a
massive
improvement
if
they
want
to
have
a
restaurant
with
a
good
reputation.
