my
experience
of
Gateway
Spar
is
good
with
mostly
friendly
and
helpful
staff.
The
last
few
months
I
have
experienced
a
lot
of
problems
though
with
specials
clearly
marked
as
a
special
on
the
shelf,
but
when
checking
my
slip
afterwards,
NO
special
reflects
on
my
slip
and
I
have
to
go
back,
using
my
own
time
to
let
them
sort
out
the
problem.
Nowadays
I
check
the
items
on
special
directly
at
the
till
and
it
happened
more
than
once
that
the
special
does
not
go
through
as
a
special.
Today
I
again
had
an
issue!
This
time
I
did
not
receive
the
R2
rewards
on
my
card
on
Liquifruit
as
advertised.
Only
R2,
but
it
is
the
principle
that
counts.
This
kind
of
problem
happens
at
least
once
a
week
or
once
every
other
week.
How
many
clients
do
not
check
their
slips
at
the
till?
Spar
wins
all
the
way
making
a
lot
of
money
on
specials
their
clients
actually
do
not
receive.
Unacceptable!!
People,
check
your
slips!
Another
thing...it's
very
unprofessional
for
a
floor
manager
to
address
you
as
"Tannie".
It
happened
today.
The
professional
way
to
address
a
client
is
"Sir/Madam/Dame/Mevrou,
etc.
