Quality over quantity. If you need quality, go to woolworths. More staff needed to assist on the floor, especially with lingerie

If I could, I would have given 10 Golden Stars! Thank you so much to Donna & Nthetfwa at the Woolies Whale Coast Mall branch! They were friendly and very helpfull regarding the exchange of shoes. And a special golden star to Donna going the extra mile, in bringing the shoes with her, all the way to Caledon. Excellent work girls!

Very limited variety. Usually, little on the shelves. Bad news for vegans as each day less and less products are available. They used to have a vegan section, and now the few remaining vegan products are next to the others' non vegan. Finding anything vegan is a mission. Different is the Woolworths at the Station branch in Hermanus, where a vegan section is well maintained. Still, none of the branches are as good as the Waterstone branch is Somerset West.

The place is very nice and produce high quality products.

Clean and well layed out store. Lovely upright fridges and freezers with see through doors making access to products easy. Helpfull shop assistants and very friendly till ladies. Prices a bit more expensive but you pay for good quality.

They had duck! And fresh! Amazing in my airfryer! The staff is always so helpful! Great store!

Tiny men's range, with nothing in my size ever. And they are always out of roast chickens. Assistance look at you like you just insulted them.

This store has a good variety of foods .but i feel the Clothing dept lacks variety especially for larger people. The shoes dept has a very limited selection it seems they cater only for young people
