Geez guys... what terrible service and attitude from staff... im honestly shocked, i asked the cashier to help me after she was clearly talking to her colleague and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and picked up their phone and continued to walk to the backoffice. this already was extremely disrespectfull. ill not continue to say the name she called me when getting back to her colleague. Clearly dont care about clientele wont be shoppimg there again thanks.

It is local and is convenient but you pay for that with the higher prices. The most disappointing aspect for me is how disinterested the staff seem to be in helping or greeting. After a few visits they seem to be more interested in each other or their phones. Parking is easy and they have a selection of all the basics. There is a nice fridge for some quality meat products.

A true gem, a one stop shop, very friendly staff and the best soft serve ice-cream and if you don't eat ice-cream they make a impressive coffee. Well done

Great convenience store in Sandbaai! They make best chicken mayo and curry mince vetkoeke on Tuesdays and Fridays. Joey's meat are also sold here. Always friendly customer service.

I do actually have to say that my experience with the Superette is now more positive and the service is friendlier. I think the new owner is going to be (already has been) a big improvement and the staff seem happier and friendlier. I would suggest a few more specials on a weekly basis. Well done and yes, a bakery would be a super add!! But I know that it can be at a great expense. May you have the best of success with the shop and all the future plans with it. During Winter: maybe freshly baked pancakes (please not more than R5) on the premises, perhaps?
