WARNING!! Started off good until Keith, the owner, couldn't face the consequences of a damaged scooter that was in scooterworld's possession. No check list or job cards to sign and absolutely NO respect towards clients. Screams at you and doesn't give you a moment to speak. I feel sorry for any future clients and would definitely not recommend scooterworld. Only reason for the one star rating was for me to write this review.

Did not fix my bike but still charged me an arm and a leg, every time i ask them when they will be finished the people say "tomorrow" then the next day it is the same story, they are completely too arrogant for people that didn't even know that one of my sparkplugs was dead and that is why the bike didn't start properly, they did not provide me with a list of things that was fixed. When i went to pick up my bike they were drunk and very rude, i am not a dramatic person so believe me when i tell you, this place is a waste of patience, time and money.

My bike was not running well due to the air filter being covered in oil. Instead of replacing it they completely removed it and assembled the bike without an air filter.. I've only found this out now, MONTHS after they did it. Running my bike without an air filter for so long has certainly caused unnecessary wear on the internal parts of my engine.. Im so upset. If you care about your bike dont go here. It couldn't have been too hard to put a new air filter in? I've just done it now, took me 20 minutes.

Best place very kind, Keith will always make a plan if he does not have a part. Be patient and you will get what you pay for and I would like to thank Keith for helping me so much

Very difficult to understand receptionist and no one ever phones back... Difficult if not impossible to resolve issues with their work.

They know their story with motor bikes and scooters. Reasonable prices for quality work. And open on Saturdays. Will recommend without reservation
