This hot dog place is the best! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 The last time I was here was in 2017 when I worked in US for quite some time. At this time I was a regular customer at least twice a month. It was fun to go there in our lunchtime and get the best hotdogs at the area with a vanilla milkshake of chorus. Today was the first day after five years going back to this amazing hotdogs place, and as I imagine, the hotdogs are still the best! Thank you!

I’m not sure what’s more unacceptable…having to eat out of a paper bag with a fork, or having a disgustingly greasy bag on the seat of my car. And I had to ask for the fork 🙄 Thanks for the stains, by the way. Shall I send you the cleaning bill? I ordered fries with salt packets. How can you screw up PLAIN FRIES?! Plain! They were over cooked, and tasted like burned cardboard. There was NO potato flavor at all. And I had to come back around for the salt! What have you guys done with the Hot Dog Shoppe empire? You took a well-run company and RAN IT INTO THE GROUND!!! How hard was it to keep things the same? You should’ve left well enough alone! It was working smoothly before you decided to try your hand at running a BELOVED restaurant. I give you credit for having the astounding talent to ruin a staple of this community. Oh and before I go, have you tasted your own hot dog sauce?? You should. That stuff will last forever with the amount of SALT you have in it. You’re going to cause a pandemic of high blood pressure in the area. Put the salt down, put your hands on your head, and step away from the kettle!!! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS instead of trying to tell us you haven’t changed anything!!! We’re not stupid. WE KNOW BETTER THAN YOU REGARDING WHAT THE FOOD SHOULD TASTE LIKE!!!

The Hot Dog shoppe is a must if you love hot dogs. The chili sauce is awesome, a nice zesty taste for sure. Fast service with a friendly staff. You must try their Breakfast Sandwich (sausage or bacon), it is a great way to start your day. I’m a big fan of the chili & cheese dog, tasty for sure. The chili cheese fries & amazing as well. It’s great comfort food & great prices. You will not be disappointed.

Super fast lunch. I was kinda hoping for more toppings and charbroiled but my entire meal cost $3.50 so I have zero complaints. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was packed with families and they even gave me a free sticker on the way out. Fun little roadside attraction.

Everything I hoped for in a hot dog diner. Fresh cut fries, great chili sauce, cool vibe. I downed one hot dog so fast, almost didn’t catch a pic, lol.

Had a very disappointing experience at JibJab. My hot dog was burnt. My bun was bigger than my hot dog. And my bun looks gross..Fries were cold and I was dining in the restaurant with my son.... needless to say we did not eat our food..I think jib jab could use a makeover inside is nasty flies were just flying around and hanging out on the ceiling. Looks like they have not cleaned the air vents in a long time.if you just look up it's nasty...please bring back the good job jab....won't be going back anytime soon.

Cute little Hot Dog Joint , nice atmosphere , great service & great hotdogs & french fries . If ur lookin 4 a good Hotdog, I’d suggest u stop by here , u won’t be disappointed .Also Their coleslaw is great. Delicious and quite large omelet with 4 pieces of toast and a generous side of home fries for $5.99!! Unbelievable value. Even with a few modest price increases, this place is a bargain. Attentive staff, friendly regular customers from high schoolers to retirees and this place was clean.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been there but it’s still as good as it was. My only complaint was they no longer had stadium mustard available for the dogs. Also, at the time of my visit (6/6/2022 ~5pm) the place wasn’t packed but was kind of busy. There were only two girls running the whole dining room and they we’re doing a great job.

We enjoyed dinner at the Hot Dog Shoppe on a Tuesday evening. The hot dogs were scrumptious. My moms hot dog had so much sauerkraut on it that she had to use a fork!!! It was cold at first and we asked Annette to adjust the temp which she did immediately. She kept coming around and asking if everything was ok!!! We will definitely be back!!!

I love jib jab! Even though they ditched the plates and went with paper boats. They've also been out of Lettuce for months. At what point do you just go to the store or another distributor? I wish they would bring back the sweet rolls for the sandwiches. But for new owners it's not horrible. I hope they get it together

We stopped in today to grab a few hotdogs and to our surprise we saw our absolute favorite server, Annette! We used to go the Hot Dog Shoppe in Warren and she always waited on us there. We've since moved and Jib Jab is closer to our house so this is our new favorite place to go for quick, delicious food. Now it's even more amazing because Annette is here! She is always so sweet and makes us feel special and appreciated!

I have driven past this place many times when driving from Michigan to the east coast and was very excited it worked out that I could stop. I mean, a name like Jib Jab Hot Dog sounds fun and I love hot dogs, so why not? Unfortunately it did not end as happy as I had hoped. I ordered a chili dog with onions, an order of fries, and a bowl of chili to go... No drink. After about 10 minutes they set two bags down near my tag. A couple minutes later I asked if it was my order. The guy at the counter said no,one would be up in a minute. 10 minutes later my chili dog and fries came out, he handed me the bag that had been sitting there which was my chili, and everything was cold (they had also thrown an extra hot dog in that I didn't notice until I was on the road, but that was cold also to the point I couldn't eat it). I asked for napkins and they had to go searching for napkins which added another 1-2 minutes. While standing waiting for my order multiple people walked up stating their order was wrong, cold, or the soda was flat. The workers never apologized and actually acted like they were being bothered. There was one waitress (she had leather looking black pants) that was talking to an elderly man and was very sweet to him, she was the only one to put a smile on my face.

Stopped here with my dogs while I was waiting for a friend to meet me next door and I got 3 chili dogs and 3 plain dogs for my 3 dogs. They said they weren't going to change their sauce, but I frequent here pretty often and the taste of the chili is not consistent at all. I'm very sensitive to spice and sometimes it's too spicy to eat and other times, it is not spicy at all, which I honestly prefer. But something is definitely going on with the sauce, not sure if they are trying different recipes or different ingredients or brand of ingredients, but it is different every time I go. It has never had a bad flavor, just different and sometimes way too spicy. They need to just figure it out and stick with one recipe. Service is always friendly and quick though.

Bought my father some chili to take to him as it was our usual go to place. Took it to him and he was unable to eat it. Uncooked beans mostly. Glad it was the thought that counts. But I usually love love the place. Own 2 t-shirts and 2 hats from the place. Sad that he hasn't had hot dog shoppe in 6 years and I get him unedible chili

Food was fresh, order was correct, the wait time wasn't to bad. I used to love this place... I feel like it's different but it very well could be my taste have changed. Regardless it's still good, and I still go there when I'm around there. I'm not around there often but I make sure to go when I am.

This place used to be good. Today we ordered a plain cheeseburger for my nephew and when we got home it had everything on it. Ended up throwing it away. Fries were soggy and had a weird taste. Hot dogs were okay. They charge now for chili and cheese on the side. We ended up spending almost $40 on garbage :(

I didn't get a chance to try any due to the fact that they don't serve hot dogs in the morning... Not even a breakfast sausage? Interesting

Can not believe how bad my home town hot dog shoppe is since it has been sold. The fries are never properly cooked. The chili is awful and the hot dogs taste completely different. Will never go back.
