We recently spent 4 nights for Christmas and had the most wonderful time. Our casita was beautiful & comfortable with Spanish/California decor. We loved the fireplace, especially for the Christmas holiday. The breakfasts were delicious and Pat & Tony are so friendly & accommodating. We have stayed here many times before and love it.

The Casitas Estate was a fantastic venue for our wedding. Our families and we stayed in the Casitas for the weekend. The setting was stunning and the natural beauty of the venue was breathtaking and serene. Tony did a great job making us all feel comfortable.

The Casitas is a 1 of a kind stay here on the Central Coast. Pat and Tony are the nicest Host you could ask for. Definitely the place for a get away or to have a wedding.

Great location, wonderful people who run The Casitas. Would highly recommend for a safe getaway. Their breakfasts are delicious. We enjoy sitting in the private patio each Casitas have. The grounds are beautiful and the view is fantastic. Very private. Also a great location if you like to hike. Plus a large number of wineries in the area. Well worth considering!

It’s been 15 years since we’ve stayed at the Casitas and we still till this day talk about our stay. Obviously the property is beautiful and breathtaking also the breakfast is to die for. The location is close to everything, BUT he star of the show and our greatest memory is Tony and Pat! You can’t find a more sincerely sweet, kind, accommodating couple. They made us feel like we were their only guest and we’ve been friends a long! Thank you Tony and Pat!!!!

This was a short trip for us, and one that was a wonderful surprise! Recommended by our nephew, the Casitas grounds are vast, green and blossoming with every sort of flower! The mornings are the kind of peaceful that begs for a comfy chair outside, and time to think. Our room was decorated with hand-painted tiles and a bright, embroidered bedspread and shams. Breakfast on our private patio was truly unbeatable. I fell in love with this place, and it feels like the amazing owners fully put their hearts into it! We look forward to going back!!!

For a milestone wedding anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with a special and memorable getaway from the Los Angeles basin. Through friends, I learned of The Casitas Estates at Arroyo Grande. After finding out more about this unique retreat , with enthusiasm and high expectations I made reservations for a four-night stay. My wife and I weren’t disappointed. We meandered up the Southern California coast without Margie having any clue where we would end up -- until I turned up the driveway to The Casitas. We drove up the private driveway and at the top found ourselves in the midst of an attractive hacienda complex. Upon our arrival, Pat Goetz and Kona (the Goetz’ tail-wagging dog) came out to warmly greet us, show us around and provide an orientation. Our cat host, Luna, joined us in due course, seeking our affection. After a tour to see the property, including its pool area, vineyard, and adjacent areas ideal for weddings and family, business and other special get-togethers, we were escorted to the casita we had reserved (there are four) adjacent to the Goetz’ beautiful hacienda home. We quickly observed that our casita and the entire property had been well planned and constructed by the original owner and that Pat and Tony had made noticeable quality improvements to the appointments. Our casita was delightfully decorated with furniture and tiles in keeping with the entire design of the property. It was very quiet, had a great view of the valley, overlooking the vineyard, and had a cheery private patio where we lounged and enjoyed Tony and Pat’s scrumptious breakfasts every morning with Kona and Luna stopping by to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The Casitas Estates are located in the rolling hills just outside of Arroyo Grande, a quaint town. It provided a hub for short daily adventures on scenic country roads to Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Cambria, and Morro Bay. Hearst Castle is not far away either. The entire setting is very private, quiet, serene and picturesque. It was just the type of unique and romantic environment I was seeking for our anniversary celebration, much to the delight of Margie and me. Tony and Pat were highly attentive, engaging, and gracious hosts, being there for our every need or just to chat. We felt very pampered. I have made reservations to return to our ideal escape for our anniversary next year! Don G.

I've stayed at The Casitas twice, and I'm sure will continue for many years. My partner and I were so enchanted the first time that we returned again a month later with my parents in tow. The Casitas is everything you want from a true bed and breakfast -- the beds are luxurious and the breakfast is truly delightful. The views, the estate itself, the hosts (Pat & Tony), the landscaping, the location (just a few miles from beaches, San Luis Obispo, incredible wineries) -- it is just top notch. A truly relaxing, restorative, and peaceful visit. Romantic for couples, and well-suited for extended family gatherings, weddings or other events. I highlight recommend a visit to this gorgeous place in an equally incredible part of Central California.

We absolutely adored our stay at The Casitas — Pat & Tony truly make it feel like a home away from home. From the stunning suite to delicious home-cooked breakfast in bed, every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. We will be back again and again. Don’t miss this unforgettable spot for a central coast getaway!

The Casitas is a special place, I was transported to a European villa with the attention to detail and beautiful grounds. Tony and Pat are extremely gracious hosts. They are friendly and great cooks, every morning breakfast was delicious. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for some peaceful time away.

We stayed at The Casitas Estate last weekend to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. We got married at The Casitas and our favorite tradition is coming back for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary each year. Pat and Tony are the most welcoming hosts, the fact that they remember us 5 years later is evidence that they truly invest in each couple that gets married at The Casitas. Each morning, you are greeted with coffee and delicious breakfast on your patio (we need that egg soufflé recipe!!). We enjoy spending our afternoons relaxing at the pool and playing bocee. The prime location is tucked away into the hills yet close to the beach and great restaurants and wineries. Their monthly newsletter is incredibly charming; Pat and Tony are always searching for fun activities and experiences hosted by other local small businesses to suggest to their guests! We are incredibly grateful to have had such special memories at the Casitas with many more to come.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Casitas in the Cielo for our the end of honeymoon. We absolutely loved it!!! The views were beautiful, hosts were so nice and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Our private dinner at the Casitas was our best dinner throughout our entire honeymoon! We highly recommend and cannot wait to go back some day!

Having to overnight for some waterskiing the next morning at Lake Lopez, We discovered the Casitas fairly soon after they opened. We had such a unique experience during that first visit, we've been going back just about every year since then. Why have we gone back so many times? It’s a really beautiful property in quiet and peaceful surroundings.. The warm, comfortable and beautifully appointed casitas with plenty of privacy. Absolutely delicious breakfasts. We've always been able to relax there from life's stresses. Wine country. Nearby activities galore. Lots of terrific restaurants. Kona. And because innkeepers, Pat and Tony, are such warm, caring and just plain nice people.

We stayed at The Casitas of Arroyo Grande for the weekend so we could celebrate my husbands birthday. Tony and Pat were so welcoming and the gourmet breakfasts along with a birthday candle was great. The room was very comfortable and the views were amazing. Highly recommend !!!!!

Our experience was possibly not the norm as the owners were on vacation and a young family member was left to handle the business. The Casita was certainly nice enough however, the following items could have been better: . 1. Hot water for bathroom and or showers were (medium warm)non existent. 2. The small refrigerator was noisy and probably needed to be replaced. 3. The leaves from the trees on the grounds near the casitas could have been blown and picked up during the day in the court yard and the small area patio needed to swept. 4. No breakfast and no cleaning service to room service as the owners and the maids were out. Small discount for the non-existent 5. Pool area had spider webs on the chairs etc etc. 6. TV's are old and with direct TV only and no ability to stream. 7. Two of our hand towels were old and frayed. But hey the WiFi was free and there were plenty of coffee. Again, this experience may be an aberration from the norm due to many factors including supply chain, COVID-19, lack of available staff etc etc.

My girlfriend and I just spent the weekend at the Casitas.. It has to be the best B&B in SLO county (by far).. The hosts are amazing and the breakfast is to die for! It's close to the beach, vineyards, and some of the most beautiful scenery the Central coast has to offer.. Don't miss it!

Our second trip to the Casitas was just as lovely as the first. If you are looking for a place to stay in Central California, don’t hesitate to chose this beautiful location. The views are stunning and the hospitality is first class. Perfect location for wine tasting, hiking, and enjoying several beaches nearby.

My wife and I spent three nights in the Cielo casita over Christmas. What a wonderful experience! Tony and Pat were very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive hosts who delivered a delicious and plentiful breakfast to our casita each morning. They further arranged for a private dinner for us with a local chef, which was a magnificent experience. The grounds are lovely and spacious, and even though all four casitas were booked during our stay, we felt as though we had the place to ourselves. And despite it being December, we had 75 degree weather which spurred use of the pool and bocce court. The location is in nature, yet close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We highly recommend a stay here.

Absolutely Perfect! The casitas are comfortable and well appointed. Beautiful well-cared for property. Cozy fireplaces. Stunning views. The gourmet breakfasts served on the patio are another highlight. We enjoyed every minute. As a swimmer, the lap pool was a plus for me and my husband felt like Pat and Tony became new friends. Only sorry we didn't discover this gem sooner.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Casitas. Ours on was married at the venue, and we extended our stay on either side to simplify travel. What a nice place to relax and enjoy. Also, Tony and Pat were a great and welcoming couple to our 5 day home.
