Wonderful place to get stuffed with seafood. We had an excellent lunch and got nice local wine recommendations. Stuff was really friendly.

As a professional chef, I believe this restaurant deserves some culinary recognition. We showed up 20 minutes before the kitchen closed, not realising and a gentleman who I was believe was the owner, didn't speak any english but was super Patient with us, he was absolutely caring towards our kids and recommended amazing dishes. We went all out and wanted to try the best the restaurant had to offer, and it fell, not even an inch short of GLORY. It was so amazing. Portion sizes were superb. The kids got hot at one point, and they set up a table for us outside and had us moved. They gave us some amazing dessert for free, and the owner's wife personally brought came to our table and talked to us about it. These lovely people didn't speak any english, but the love and care they handled us with is the most heartwaeming I had received in a very long time. They even helped call us a cab. I was so sad they closed for 2 weeks the next day as I wanted to return. I will personally return to Santander for this restaurant.

Classic old school Spanish bar and restaurant with exceptional quality. Not only delicious food, but the couple who own this place went out of their way to take care of us when we needed to eat at an inconvenient time before flying home. It’s the kind of hospitality that we see less and less these days but is practised here by these wonderful people. We won’t forget it, and hope to be back one day.

Really good food in a popular seafood restaurant just outside of the city center. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the combo meal (85E) a lot - it's definitely worth taking without any added sides even for three people, although the menu says it's meant for two.

We didn't book, but we definitely need it if you wish to eat paella only to pre-order. We had lovely plater off seafood and was a delicious but very messy job . The staff was great

Amazed by the way they cooked the fish! So garlicky and flavorful, batterd calamari is so crunchy. We were there at the time when kitchen is almost closed. They still willing to serve us. The staff are so friendly despite the language barrier. Local and authentic granted. (Even open on Monday which is rare in Santander.

Very amazing experience and very friendly service and owner. We were there before kitchen opened and we were invited for a drink. Even though they Don't speak english they are very friendly and helpful. Food was just delicious. Never had more Perfectly cooked octopus like this one before. My new favourite place in Santander.q

Great food and very helpful staff. We arrived without a reservation, but they did their best to accomodate a table for us, even though the restaurant was fully booked. Staff also explained us in detail a few traditional dishes. Overall it was a nice cuisine experience in Santander

Best seafood in Santander, hands down. I recommend the Salpicón de mariscos, delicious.

Had a nice elegant flair to it and tasty food. Liked the fish and vegetables there very much. Also awesome how the owner came over when he saw we weren't Spanish just to check if all was ok.

Little pricey for two orders of half size shrimp, 8 finger sized fish and a drink is 18€. Food is fresh.

Very surprising place. A balcony restaurant on top of a small bar. It fitted about 6-7 groups. We went for lunch. We ordered off the offered menu and we had poor Spanish. The owner made a huge to explain options and all were very friendly. This is a great fish restaurant. Gorgeous food. Only a star taken off as it cost 105 euro for 2 adults and three young kids for lunch. No deserts or coffee. A few shared starters some mains. Delicious but expect a hefty bill. Lollipops for the kids as we left. :)
