First and last time i will use shuh online ordered boots didnt fit right sent back with post locker 4 weeks later stll cant find parcel shuh dont seem to care neither post locker i am £120 out of pocket terrible service by both

Kids shoes where we went and they give 10% discount for students.

Always has a huge selection of footwear for kids, women and men. Only thing that puts me off is the staff approach you quite frequently and I'm not a big fan of that, would rather be left alone to shop.

Although I didn't buy from Schuh on this occasion, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was looking for new boots and the lady who was assisting couldn't have been more helpful. She even went to the length of getting insoles for me to try with the boots. The shop was very tidy and they have probably the best selection of Footware on the high street. Very impressed - Thank you Schuh

Popped in to look for new boots for my toddler. Really helpful & friendly team and were accommodating whilst observing Covid-19 measures. Found something suitable & happy with product and service.

Went sometime ago for some new Sketchers, the lady working was an absolute star, gave me as much help and made sure I was happy with the purchase, even showed me schuhs loyalty scheme and how to use it, always come back and visit when in hanley

Very bad service!!!! Staff were rude, not helpful or willing to make our experience easy. All we asked for was a size in a mens shoe, were not bothered for our custom at all. It was before closing last sunday afternoon. They just wanted to get home! Dont work then.

Large shop plenty of stock all the staff are friendly helpful and will take their time to assist you in getting a perfect pair of shoes or trainers. Cost of footwear and read this is average.

Brought some glittery pink crocs, service was cracking and the lady was lovely, very friendly and helpful, and was very engaging while setting me up with a loyalty card and advertising further items. Good experience overall. 👍
