I HATE shopping and shopping centres with a passion...!!! My wife convinced me to visit Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth mainly because I was looking for a new pair of Timberland boots and needed to try before you buy...!!! OMG!!! Loved it, plenty of fresh air, great choice of shops, and excellent food choices....... Best shopping experience in the last 30 years and will be returning very soon 👍👍

Walked in, must of been in there for about 5mins and walked straight out. Not really anything outstanding, not really saving much on. To be honest I would say way over priced.

Great service and very happy with, not one but two pairs of shoes. Can’t fault service, if you want to browse that’s OK, when you are ready just ask. Paid a third of their normal retail price hence I got two pairs, one black and one dusky pink👍

Brought some boots, didn't try them on as I'm familiar with the fits of timberland boots, when I got home I noticed they were damaged, took them back and the manager said he would exchange them but the damage was normal and from the boots touching each other in the box... 🙄🤔 Anyway the girl behind the counter processed a refund instead of exchanging them as she was told by her manager. While trying to exchange them he brought out two more pairs with discolouration and dents in the boots along with creases in them showing they had clearly been worn before.

This is a great place to get a great collection of Timberland wears at amazing prices. I often find I save around 20-30% on normal retail prices here, just saying.

I detest shopping for footwear, except in this store, a refreshing experience with ever helpful and friendly staff You are never too old, too fat or too uncool, and the product speaks for itself Well done all involved

Female staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving us. Probably first time my girlfriend walked out of a shoe shop not having bought anything.
