What a great experience, brought my appointment forward, so it meant I got the rest of my day back. Lovely receptionist, so friendly and attentive. My consultant amazing, I learnt so much about my eye condition, explained in layman terms, made perfect sense. He was very approachable and took time to answer my questions.

Referred by We Hospital for high eye pressure. Have had 2 Appointments to date. Staff all friendly. Clinician I saw explained everything well, and the procedures being undertaken for measuring pressure and cornea thickness. Future appointments are always arranged and communicated well.

Amazing service, excellent job, very efficient and quick service. Very polite and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Very helpful overall and the 3 people involved were all so good at what they did.

Health Harmony is excellent. I use their eye clinic and have ALWAYS been treated as if I was in the private sector. My appointment time given is adhered to and the care I receive from the receptionist to the specialist is always first class

My experience at the clinic was very pleasurable. The ophthalmologist was brilliant explaining what the problem was and what treatment I would need. In fact the whole team was reassuring and set my mind at ease from the onset.

I am really impressed with the Sonographer's service, how she kept me well informed in every step of the process. I didn't have to ask any question as I was told about everything that I needed to know, that even covered what I should do after the appointment. I really appreciate that.

The Dr and assistant were both really lovely, they put me at ease. The Dr was very thorough and explained in detail all case scenarios for treatment plans. I would highly recommend. The care element was very present which is something that has diminished with my local GP service so the experience was really nice. Thank you.

Despite the admirable principles on which this company bases its business plan, my experience did not come up to that advocated standard. The premises were in poor condition. The organisation of the appointments were unreliable. One minute they were off the next they were on. The proper equipment was not initially available on the day therefore patients were told that their procedures might have to postponed. When however the equipment was fortunately sourced, it’s initial absence meant the procedures were delayed by about 90 minutes. In my particular case, the clinician was unsure, which of my lesions on my back needed to be removed despite them having been identified on a previous visit, I was therefore asked to sign indemnifying him against removing the wrong one. On a positive note I will concede that the procedure itself was quick, efficient and painless.

Very poor, no communication and no people skills. I went for a biopsy at 8:30am on a Sunday morning, nobody explained what was going to happen at the appointment. Even worse the person doing the biopsy didn’t know where the biopsy was to be tanken from!!! How much confidence can you have with a set up like this operating out of a log cabin? Two months later I have received no apology or new appointment! I just felt that I’d been fobbed of to some secondary set up as opposed to being sent to a hospital appointment!!!

I was impressed by how well organised HealthHarmonie was. My first appontment was during lockdown and I felt safe at all times. The consultant explained my condition clearly and put me at ease. The assistants were friendly and informative.

My experience with the eye consultant wasn’t pleasant, no compassion and he gave me warning if am late next time I wouldn’t be seen. Instead for him to ask me why I was late (due to road works) he was upset and just said to me that this the condition you have and there’s nothing to do, except using medication for the rest of my life. I left the clinic crying and upset because of how I was treated. There was no empathy, compassion, no patient and health care relationship. I’m I am happy to be receiving an excellent care at a different facility.

My appointment was at the Solihull branch Sadly the door opening button doesn’t work and the lady on reception was too busy looking at her phone all the time before I had to knock and she then let me in, she then returned to her desk and continued to sit there the whole time I was waiting still tapping on her phone Not a very good first impression but after that the service fas faultless Reception staff should not be sat there just tapping away on their phones with wireless headphones in That gave a very bad first impression and she couldn’t have looked less interested in me being there in the first place Also it was as if I was interrupting her internet chattering by actually knocking on the door loudly so she eventually looked up and came over and disgruntledly had to open the Brocken door for me Made me feel like I was interrupting her precious phone time that’s obviously more important than letting people into the building She only spoke to say have you got an appointment and who with? I told her and she said “ sit here I’ll call them “ and that was the total conversation as she went back onto her phone chat Not good It was Wednesday the 22nd at 2.30 pm for the record

The clinician was extremely hard to understand due to her broken English. The appointment was on time. The building was ok, but much too far away from my home address.

I was concerned about the appointment but I was very pleased with the manner in which I was treated. The Assistant called me a few minutes late but immediately apologised, which really impressed me. The Dr was friendly and took the time to explain and make appropriate referrals. All round, a very positive experience.

Very poor experience, had a ultrasound scan after waiting over 1 hour after appointment, nurse advised at booking another appointment even g the though i missed a day off work ! Then person who preferred scan decided to bite his nail then spit it on the floor before applying surgical gloves! Poor is being generous!

The Doctor who dealt with me, had clearly read my notes prior to my appointment, and understood how to accommodate my needs, which put me at tremendous ease throughout the whole process. He was very courteous and is assistants were extremely helpful. The doctor and staff of this service are to be highly commended and I would definitely recommend them to others.

The appointment was on time and the optician was efficient and welcoming. The consultant was friendly and very reassuring. He explained in detail and what any future treatments involved. He was one of the best consultants I had ever seen.

The Doctor, nurse and receptionist was extremely polite and informative, set me at ease (from the second I walked in the door). The whole of the people that work there are pleasant and kind which you don't always see in that environment. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. So much better than some of the other clinics, hospitals, surgery's that I've been before.

Very extended periods between appointments. Eventually prescribed today by the consultant medication that’s not currently being manufactured! Pharmacist could supply only six of 30 prescribed items from old stock. Of no use whatsoever. Checked with main Boots pharmacy who explained a new prescription was needed for an alternative available product. Having waited 18 minutes for my call to be answered by HH, I was told a telephone appointment in one weeks time was soonest available with the consultant to arrange for a new prescription. What’s going on?

After my appointment in your clinic on the 25/08/22 I was waiting to be referred to endometriosis specialist but instead in 6 month later I again had a telephone appointment with your clinic. What for was it?just to hear from your consultant again that you will refer me to endometriosis specialist? It was absolutely not professional.

I had an ultrasound scan last Saturday. All the staff were very polite and respectful, my concerns and questions were listened to carefully. I was extremely impressed with the service. An excellent experience with lovely friendly staff.

I was really impressed with the staff- they explained everything to me clearly and were really attentive. However, this appointment came after having been referred well over a year before, you losing my referral and instead of getting me seen straight away, starting a new referral with the wait that meant. Then, having had the initial appointment and being told I would be booked in to get the coil fitted, the waiting list for which was 6-8 weeks, I received nothing from you. After a couple of weeks I called and was told that the notes just said I would need to have an appointment booked in 6-8 weeks. I hadn’t been put on the waiting list. I asked if you had anything and was told there was nothing available for June or July, and that I would call back at the end of July to see if there was anything for August/September. Fortunately, after calling over several days, I got a cancellation, and that was when I got a decent service. And I wouldn’t recommend you if I or anybody I knew, had a choice but the fact is that I don’t, they don’t: this is what we’re expected to deal with. I was shocked and hugely relieved by and appreciative of how good the staff were when I went because everything before that had ensured I had zero confidence in you.

Absolutely awful! Tried to phone to change appointment time as what they’ve sent is not practical. Pretended they couldn’t hear and blamed the phone line said they’d call back before 5 which they didn’t. Phoned again on a different line and they used the same excuse. Said we thru to the wrong department and refused to give the right one. 2 phone calls later and still not managed to change appointment. Useless staff and uncaring about our 4 year old who the appointment is for.

Not a good experience. When I walked in, 3 people were in the room and the doctor only introduced himself and then started asking quick questions. I felt uncomfortable and didn't know who the two other people looking at me were. My appointment was for a vulnerable subject and I felt that no compassion was shown when asking questions. I was cut off multiple times by my doctor. The consultation lasted less than 5 minutes, and I personally felt that he was just trying to get the appointment over and done with, as it was a Sunday.
