    Worked with Laz for a number of weeks on my fitness & weight loss. Fantastic trainer who always pushed me to work hard during our sessions. Highly recommend training with him!

    My husband and I both trained with Laz and not only is he very knowledgeable on training and nutrition, he is also very passionate about physiology of the body. Training sessions with Laz are always fun and varied and often end up with all of us in fits of laughter. An amazing trainer that comes highly recommended!

    I’ve only been working with Laz for 2 months, but the sessions have been a life changing journey, had a huge impact on my mental health and physical wellbeing. While this was my first time training with a coach, i aimed to build up my strength, shape and tone, my fitness has increased noticeably and i’ve seen improvements in my ability to lift progressively heavier weights& generally push myself harder throughout each session. The sessions have also improved& increased my energy level day by day. Laz was focused on helping me achieve my goals and made every session challenging& somehow fun. Importantly: – He ensured that my technique are always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoyed my short experience& would recommend Laz Fitness to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated and truly experienced coach.

    When I joined up with Laz, my aim was to recover from a serious hip injury. He produced a game plan that included a training plan with him, but also away from him and a fantastic food plan. Within a few months my strength and stamina increased, decreased fat and really gave me a fantastic foundation to build on. Even when my work took me away overseas, Laz kept communicating with me despite not being able to train with him and kept me focussed and motivated. He is not focussed on money like a log of trainers out there are, he genuinely wants to help you and do it at a pace that doesn’t cause you harm. Give him a go, if it works for you then you won’t regret it.

    Laz is a brilliant trainer. He really knows his subject and I really felt I understood what I was doing and how it would help. He is encouraging and supportive while at the same time giving that push to achieve more. As someone who knows they should exercise but doesn’t enjoy it I highly recommend Laz as a trainer. I’m sure he would also be excellent with anyone of any age, ability and experience.

    Laz is a great PT. He's very knowledgeable and able to quickly adapt and tailor his approach; if you watch his insta stories you'll see plenty of variations of exercises across each of his clients. I asked Laz to help me address lower back pain and limited mobility whilst also gaining strength, losing fat and working on pads. He's managed to isolate the source(s) of the back and mobility issues and has been systematically working with me to address whilst also making progress towards the other goals. He's friendly, responsive, inquisitive and generous with his knowledge (e.g. access to his comprehensive exercise library). Definitely not a "template" based approach to training. Would highly recommend.

    I started going to Laz on recommendation as I was being unfit after a chest infection and back pain. He saw me through with appropriate exercises and gradually increased my fitness level. I strongly recommend him. He is also very caring and accommodating trainer.

    Sorted my knee pain as well as helped me build leg muscle after several highly qualified but completely useless physios tried and failed to fix it. Encyclopaedic knowledge of the human body and training regimes which actually work - highly recommended!

    Laz is a fantastic coach. His years of experience show, and you can experience the right balance of professional guidance, motivational hard work, and of course, some laughs. He's a fantastic person, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

    Laz is a great PT, I would 100% recommend. He has great knowledge and is always working on adding more. Very tailored style of training, to what you need, would be very helpful for recovery and was very helpful for me to gain strength. Also great knowledge of muay thai, always good fun and hard work on the pads.

    I've been seeing Laz since the beginning of this year and from day one he has been amazing. His initial consultation was thorough and really made me think about why I wanted to use a trainer and what I wanted to accomplish. Since then, Laz has pushed me to new highs but in sensitive and empathetic way, always making me feel good about myself. In addition to being a extremely knowledgeable about his profession, Laz is an all round good guy who you can talk to about anything and everything, its a pleasure working with him!

    Been training with Laz for a few years now. His knowledge on not only kick boxing but all aspects of training is at the highest level. He helped me through a shoulder injury and got me back to fighting fit in record time. Very impressive as a trainer and I highly recommend him!

    Laz is amazing at what he does. His passion for training and helping you achieve your goals is incredible! He really does go above and beyond. His new facility is awesome. I highly recommend Laz for all aspects of training and also dietary plans so you can achieve where you want to be. Get booked in people you won’t regret it. 💯

    Training with Laz has been amazing, he is so knowledgeable about health and fitness. He is motivating and encouraging and goes at your pace. I have never trained with a personal trainer before but I saw how professional and hardworking Laz is and I didn't hesitate to sign up right away. I have been training for a little over a month now with Laz and he truly is the best. He will listen to your needs, goals, push you when you need to and never makes you feel like you can't do something. The sessions go by so fast, you will never be clock-watching during a session with Laz :) and I feel great after each session. Can't wait to see my own transformations over the next few months. Working with Laz has helped me to ease into fitness and push myself. Thank you Laz!!!

    I could have not made a better decision than joining Laz-fitness! Having a corporate job and running a private business I was constantly under pressure until I started working with Laz. He made the work out enjoyable, increasing the difficulty every time, improving my strength without feeling the struggle and boredom of a normal gym. He is extraordinary pleasant but strict in the same time. He will train you to get to the results you want for yourself. I highly recommend him.

    I highly recommend Laz as a personal trainer!! Laz makes it a priority to listen and engage with his clients and combines this with his expert knowledge to produce an exercise plan that is right for you. For example, due to an inactive and stressful lifestyle, I came to the sessions with muscle aches and was unable to do some of the basic exercises, but Laz would immediately adapt the movements to build my confidence and strength to help me get to the next stage. He would also be creative in mixing up exercises in the session to identify ones which worked best for me and is able to adapt your plan on the spot if you have a short term goal eg strengthening core, Muay Thai cardio drills. Laz’s positivity, energy and enthusiasm is contagious. You always finish a session feeling very motivated to achieve your workout goals.
