I’ve
only
been
working
with
Laz
for
2
months,
but
the
sessions
have
been
a
life
changing
journey,
had
a
huge
impact
on
my
mental
health
and
physical
wellbeing.
While
this
was
my
first
time
training
with
a
coach,
i
aimed
to
build
up
my
strength,
shape
and
tone,
my
fitness
has
increased
noticeably
and
i’ve
seen
improvements
in
my
ability
to
lift
progressively
heavier
weights&
generally
push
myself
harder
throughout
each
session.
The
sessions
have
also
improved&
increased
my
energy
level
day
by
day.
Laz
was
focused
on
helping
me
achieve
my
goals
and
made
every
session
challenging&
somehow
fun.
Importantly:
–
He
ensured
that
my
technique
are
always
correct
to
avoid
any
injuries.
–
He
is
extremely
reliable
&
punctual
–
set
up
&
ready
to
start
training
ahead
of
time,
with
an
exercise
routine
planned.
I
thoroughly
enjoyed
my
short
experience&
would
recommend
Laz
Fitness
to
anyone
looking
to
improve
their
fitness
with
a
dedicated
and
truly
experienced
coach.
