I had a wonderful experience at the Salon. Daniel Field is kind, caring and very wise and I walked out of that salon with much more than beautiful hair ! Turned up for a blow dry and was turned away because I had extensions. The receptionist said I should’ve put a note to say I have extensions and that the stylist couldn’t do it. I am in the beauty industry myself, you should have a section in your booking system that allows people with extensions to book. Didn’t really want to leave a review but I wasn’t impressed by my experience. The stylist I booked wasn’t smiley at all and the other one that came over. You made me feel like it was my fault that you couldn’t do it. Never been to a hairdresser in London who turn away clients like that, let alone one who has only one person in the whole salon that knows how to blow dry extensions. It was just a simple straight blow dry. I booked off the fact you have glowing reviews which was a mistake. I can do a half good job at home, but decided to treat myself this time. It’s shocking one of your stylists with more experience than me couldn’t do it. I was offered another time with your other stylist, but due to the tone of the staff and the change in demeanour, like I was causing an issue in your schedule I did not take it. I clearly won’t be returning - wasted my time.

I've been a loyal customer at Daniel Field for years. Anna, the receptionist, greets you with a warm welcome, making you feel at home. Laura, my hairdresser, does an amazing job transforming my naturally dark, red-prone hair into beautiful blond with stunning highlights. The salon's relaxed atmosphere adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend Daniel Field for their exceptional service, expertise, and inviting ambiance.

After 6 years of targeted cancer treatment and the last 6 months of chemotherapy and cold capping (with more to come) my hair was a grey frizzy mess and confidence at an all time low. I booked a consultation with Daniel for advice on colour and prevention of further hair loss with chemo/cold cap - Daniel inspires confidence so I booked in for a colour and cut and I am so happy I did. I have just walked out of the salon with a beautiful colour, a renewed sense of ‘me’ (rather than that of a long -term cancer patient) and the tools needed to help prevent further hair loss and protect my existing hair. I would thoroughly recommend Daniel Field especially those going through cancer treatment and despite the standard scalp cooling advice. Many thanks again Daniel to you and the team.

Very nice friendly people, helped me a lot and made my perm look amazing. All organic too which means it’s completely healthy for my hair and no toxic chemicals used. Would definitely recommend to anyone. 10/10

Had a cut & blow dry from Zack and he was amazing. Very professional and talented also a great chat :) even my husband couldn’t stop complementing my hair. Will defo be coming back for a cut & blow dry. Thanks Zack!!

I come here because I prefer to use organic natural products. The team are very down to earth and friendly and Zac is a good colourist. I was really happy with my colour/blow dry today and the salon’s prices are very reasonable. Will be back again! Thanks, Ayisha
