A beautiful pebbly beach for a stroll and even a swim. The beach has wild sea kale growing along wide stretches which appears quite beautiful.

Beautiful, I can see that during the day it can be very busy. However, I am basing this review on the fact that we arrived at the beach at 9pm, and for that reason it was gorgeous. At that time of night, it was nice and peaceful, and being that it's summer it was still light. The view was lovely! It is a stone beach like Brighton, but it's not as bad, and a car park near the seafront is free after 6pm. I would highly recommend visiting if your not far, and visit late evening.

Lovely for a walk from one end to the other. Shops and the pier available for ice creams and souvenirs. Pubs and restaurants on opposite side of road with outside seating areas.

Interesting area, walked the whole of the promenade. So looked at the different end of Worthing beach. Like a lot of beaches on this coast mainly stone, until the tide goes out. Tide goes out beyond the pier. Mix of old and new sides to the front.

Timed right, it’s a truly stunning beach. Often overlooked it can be as quiet or busy a place as you want. So accessible, clean and safe.

A truly truly STUNNING beach.Blew me away with the fantastic scenery, the rocks, the enormity of it,and the pure blue and green water calmly splashing against the solid rocks! If you close your eyes and think for a minute, you would think your in another country!πŸ˜…

Lovely clean beach, we were surprised at how clear the water was despite being so close to brighton. Had a staycation here in august and stayed by the seafront, had a lovely time waking up to a beach view every morning. Lovely and clean beach that is well kept. Dog friendly beach.

A most perfect & traditional seafront. From the Worthing Wheel - a brilliant attraction & addition to the seafront - to the lido with its many children's rides & bouncy castle to various vendors along the promenade selling anything from tuk tuk rides, to cockles & even local gin. Not to mention the ice cream kiosks too. With the main highstreet shops just a 5 minute walk across the road, Worthing pretty much has it all, along with reasonable parking rates also.

It’s a great place if you want to admire the sea and other picturesque views but the rocky coast is quite uncomfortable to sit on.

The beach had some sand further out to sea, which is good to walk on, if you don't mind hopping over the small streams flowing down the beach. There is lots of room to keep apart from the crowds when visiting in the winter.

Worthing is a welcoming area. Lots to do and lots of places to eat. I went to a small cafe near the pavilion and the views overlooking the sea was wonderful. The beaches are always busy during the year and you can walk/cycle along the path. The pavilion has different shows on monthly and their is lots of different bars to sit outside and enjoy the views.

I was there at night and the promenade was very dirty, with rubbish strewn around. There was a proliferation of foxes roaming around and plenty of undesirable individuals. The area would benefit from a good clean and a police presence. Parking near to the beach is hard to find especially as many of the bays are not marked and people seem unable to park their vehicles responsibly.

Nice quiet beach that has a pier and other victorian band stand etc. Laurel & Hardy were meant to of visited while on tour. This was shown in the recent film that was made starring Steve Coogan as Stan Laurel. I saw a lady get told off for walking her two dogs on the beach by a beach security person on a 4 wheeled beach bike. This is advertised as its the same every year May-September. As I did see dog mess on the way down to were I wanted to sit and eat my ice cream. I have no problem with dogs at all. I love dogs and have owned two my self in the past. The pier is ok not very big and not much on it compared to Brightons. But still some beautiful sponsored stain glass windows that reflect different light on the boards. Plus make nice tinted colour shots of the shoreline. Used to have a live gig venue at the end of the pier great as it could be as loud as it wanted. Saw one member of muddy waters their a few years back. It saddly closed said to refurbish but something happened as never reopened.

Stony beach but pleasantly qiet and not very busy. There's not much to attract people and the beach front looks tired, giving a bit of a run down appearance overall; which is a pity. We didn't go in the sea because it wasn't very clear and the water companies pump so much sewage in it that we're unsure of the safety these days.

The beaches from Brighton right out to Worthing are pebble beaches (I think), which means they are not easy to walk on, sandcastle are cairns, and they are not comfortable to sit on without a few layers below you. So it's 3 stars for "worthing beach", but β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† for the things you can do nearby ... including the wonderful cafe we found on the pier. The cake was from there!

Nothing surprising here, just a nice seaside town with parking that is expensive but not terrible. There's a good range of shops and restaurants along with the usual seaside regulars. Beach is mostly stoney, but there is dome sand at low tide.

Very clean, no litter, need to make cycle lanes as speed some cyclists were using pedestrian walking paths was a danger to kids and pedestrians. Wouldn't take much! Fantastic sunny day sea calm. Lovely break!

Normally I would go to Brighton but decided Worthing instead this time and it was nice, a lot quieter and spread out. It was worth the extra 20 mins drive.

Worthing beach has its own charm, pebbles at the top and sand at the bottom when the tide is out. There is some nice victorian architecture on the other side of the promenade and the amphitheater actually on the seafront itself is really nice, but they had it filled with slot machines when i was last there, i think it is better in the summer. The pier is also nice but has lost a lot of its charm to the dreaded slot machines too but that seems to be the case in most seaside towns these days.

Loving our walks on Worthing seafront. Despite lockdown ending still very popular with local residents and tourists alike. Plenty of places either on the promenade or nearby to get food or drink and public loos close to the pier should you need them.
