I paid for 12 sessions of lipo Pro max. Charmaine the beautician was brilliant so friendly and welcoming and could tell she loved what she does. I will miss the conversations we had. How ever by the end of the 12 session I am still looking to have surgery as I didn't get the desired reduction I hoped for. Thank you for the experience.

I had a great experience with the Changes Clinic. Dr. Payne removed a lump from my finger. It was a painless and quick surgery. He and the nurse chatted to me all the way through and kept me calm. The incision is healing really nicely and it doesn't look like there will even be much of a scar. Thanks!

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I was very new to the idea of treatments and they put my mind at ease, laying out a plan for my goals. I have very mixed feelings about the place as everyone was lovely, however I wasn't given any aftercare guidance after one treatment and had to Google what to do. I unfortunately didn't see the results I was after, when I came back in for a review appointment, additional photos were taken. They then left the room for 15mins before showing me the before and after. She then advised that she would send the photos to me (this never happened) and advised that if I wanted noticeable results I could pay for more treatments. Overall, nice staff, not too sure on the treatments.

I have received an excellent service at the Changes Clinic. I was booked in to see Surgeon Simon Paye which removed a Lipoma in my back together with Nurse Emma. The consultation was professional and well explained. He even took it upon himself to check out another big scar I had from a previous surgery and made a recommendation for me what to order to put on it to help it heal faster. I raised concerns because of my scar healing problems and he did an excellent job at my newest scar now. The surgery was performed professionally and done within no time. I felt safe and well cared for. I could only recommend him and if I ever have something similar again, I would go back to this Surgeon.

I had what I would class as a very expensive treatment - I paid around £1500 for Focus Dual, and only did so following 2 consultations for reassurance that the results would fantastic '& as good as Morpheus 8'. Well, in all honesty they were not great at all, far from it. I went for my review but they did not offer to show me the before/after then, saying they'd email them, which they did not. I followed up 3 times and finally they sent them. I then had to ask which were before and which were after - I really couldn't tell, the results were that poor. I then sent an email saying I wasn't happy with the outcome and have not received a reply, that was a week ago. Based on my experience of this Focus Dual treatment and the lack of response to my complaint, I couldn't possibly recommend this clinic.

Naomi always finds time for me in her busy schedule and I trust her judgement on the best treatments I need. It always works and brings the finest results. Danielle is excellent in every treatment she does for me. She is fully focused on the customer needs and treatment needed to solve the problem. I can see and feel results. Recently we added back massage in which Danielle is perfect and professional. It brings me relief and my back is getting better. Changes is a Really lovely relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and professional, they Make you feel really welcome and will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need. I Will continue to go there for all my personal changes. I had a large lipoma removed from my lower back and the surgeon Simon Payne made me feel really comfortable and at ease and talked me through every step of the way. A few years ago I had a terrible experience with another eyebrow supplier (to such an extent I refused to leave the house). I was recommended to Naomi O’Hara in the hope that she’d be able to help. My consultation with Naomi restored my faith & after several removal sessions Naomi gave me the eyebrows I’d always wanted. I’ll never forget when I looked in the mirror and there they were, these eyebrows which matched my skin colour, the shape of my face and brows which looked real - I don’t mind admitting I cried with happiness & joy. Now I continue with eyebrow maintenance, which is worth it’s weight in gold and it’s all thanks to Naomi! I’ve had so many compliments on my eyebrows for which I’m eternally grateful. The staff were very welcoming. The clinic environment was both relaxed and professional. Treatment - millia removal - was carried out efficiently by Naomi. She gave a good rationale for the treatment provided, with explanation about factors that contributed to the cause of the problem, and advice about prevention following treatment. I found her to be very friendly and informative. I felt that the focus was very much on what I wanted to achieve from the treatment, that I was listened to. I liked the fact that there was no attempt to sell or advertise other treatments during my appointment. I am very pleased with the results, and will be recommending Changes clinic to friends and family.

I attended Changes Clinic for a course of Promax Liposuction treatments this summer. Not only was I very satisfied with the results but the Ladies I had the pleasure of interacting with were all very professional, friendly and easy-going.
