We are very lucky to have this wonderful place local. Mick and his team are fabulous and cater for all our animal needs (2 dogs, 2 cats and a hamster). Everything you can think of for pets is under the roof and very reasonably priced. We feed our dogs raw and the selection is plentiful as well as always well stocked. The pick and mix of treats is also a favourite of the dogs when they visit.

Ordered raw dog food online to collect. Was ready in less than an hour! Lovely accessible shop that has just about everything you could possibly need for most type of pet! Very friendly and helpful staff! I will now be using Bradlands EVERY month for my dogs raw food and treats!

Awesome little pet shop located in an easily accessible location. Wheelchair friendly, no toilets or cafe. An excellent range of reasonably priced dog treats and complete raw foods. It has friendly knowledgeable staff so don't be scared to ask a question. Loyalty card means you can earn points to use later too. Over all a pleasant shopping experience

Had a quick walk round looking for items I required, realised they were probably behind the counter. Waited and waited whilst a couple got served then proceeded to have a conversation. Was totally ignored for at least 5 - 10 minutes not sure how long , I had walked from bus station in my meal break so didn't have much time , so I checked my watch and decided to leave , as I went to leave I was asked by another member of staff if they could help , but I'm afraid I wasn't happy a said don't bother and walked out.

Great new find. Their own brand of dog food is fabulous value and high % of meat! They have EVERYTHING you need for your pooch, including raw dog food. Also a doggy sweety bar.....

Went for cat food a couple of weeks ago and saw all the lovely plants outside, so went back again and bought some.

Wide range of pets catered for. Ordered my non-standard dog food, which was in stock as scheduled. And sent me a text message to confirm that they had received it. Top class, friendly service and carried my 15kg sack out to the car - didn't even give me the option to carry it myself! 😃

Friendly staff who want to help you with your purchases. I bought a faulty item and when I returned it they were more than happy to let me grab another product of the same value. My dog loves it her because she gets lost of snuggles from the staff. Her is a photo of her and her Christmas present.

Amazing service by all the team here! Very passionate and lovely staff! Especially the little ginger lass (I can't remember her name!) But she always goes above and beyond for myself and Apollo. Can't recommend this place enough!

Most welcoming pet store I have ever been too. I love how the store has grown and you can tell they really care about quality products without it being too expensive. The best part for me , is the fact I can take my dogs for a walk , I can walk around their cozy and beautiful garden area before going into the store. (As long as dogs are behaved and stay on lead) I can then go to their amazing dog treat area with my dogs and get them a pick and mix selection. Walk ways can be a little narrow with your dog in some areas but we definitely enjoyed our time there. Ended up walking back home with some lovely plants as well 😁

Lovely little pet shop with an impressive selection of products. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff are willing to answer any questions. They don't sell rabbits or birds but supply plenty of products for them.

Fantastic Company - found their website after looking for complete raw dog food. Their website is brilliant, competitively priced and a big selection to choose from. Order was packaged well and really appreciated the hand written note about the substitutes, but it arrived late (delivery company's fault). Called up Bradlands to let them know, amazing service, really friendly and polite and they refunded delivery costs. Will be using them again going forward!!!
