Probably won't ever return here (nor any Panera). Had to hunt for a table because almost every empty table was filthy. We finally found one that wasn't too gross but there was a bunch of trash on the floor underneath the table. I ordered the pick 2 consisting of a steak and arugala sandwich and onion soup; this cost $10.17 before tax, which is outright ridiculous. The sandwich, which contributed $6.18 to the total was tiny and had a pathetically small amount of meat on it. My soup looked like heavy crude topped with croutons. It did not taste fresh as it was so concetrated that I'm guessing it must have been made much earlier in the day. Overall poor experience and a terrible value. Too bad because I used to like Panera.

The reason I leave a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the temperature of which the mac and cheese was served, it was quite cold. They have a nice selection of assorted teas and drinks, but i particularly am very fond of the hibiscus tea. The bakery always gives a pleasant little something extra towards the end of the meal.

Thank you to the afternoon (one o’clock) staff for the yummy food. Genuine smiling faces, very clean dining room, and fast food.

This place really never disappoints. I love the low key atmosphere. Food is DELISH. VERY friendly staff. Helpful. Clean restroom.

We ordered breakfast through the app. It was not busy and it took over 20 minutes to get my breakfast order. The gentlemen behind the counter knew I was waiting for it since it was the only order, and proceeded to take it to the pick up area at the back of the store. Luckily I saw him place a bag back there and didn't have to wait any longer for them to tell me it was in the back. After leaving the store, I noticed my Oatmeal was cold and not heated through at all. I ate the strawberries off the top, and am pretty sure there was a piece of bacon in it. We do not eat pork. My husband's sandwich was semiwarm. So, I waited 20 minutes for cold Oatmeal and a semiwarm breakfast sandwich. I've been a sip club member for over a year because I enjoy Panera's food and atmosphere. However, I will not be going back to this particular one.

Wonderful service! Everyone was so friendly and kind. Opened to start conversation. The manger checks on you and asks about your day and visit there. The place is a very clean place. Food is great and drinks. Menu is kids friendly! Much better place to eat than mc Donald's!

The food was okay, nothing special. Appropriate portions. There were very few people there, yet nearly all the tables were dirty. This is the first time I've had lunch or dinner there. It was a little disappointing.

Thanks #Panera for the #Free #Bagel! Your reward program is wonderful. I am a huge fan of the Cinnamon Crunch Bagels! Today they were tender, light, fresh and very, very tasty. Staff was plentiful, pleasant and very busy. Although there was a line, we moved through quickly. Place was packed with many people enjoying food, coffee, family and friends. The chatter of happy conversations could be overheard all through the store. Definitely a good atmosphere. I recommend it, at least for the pastries. Can not speak for the other food items.

Panera is so amazing and the service is always great. They always tell me what is out for the day and any mods having to be made. They are always super sweet snf understanding.

This is the second time I have ordered food from here and it has been incorrect. Im a little confused how we mix up a sprite and strawberry lemonade but it seems to happen regularly. Disappointment.
