When the weather is good, a good place to spend time. Climbing can be a tiring, but good for training. Slide is not smooth, sharp turns, not pleasant especially with kids. Some enjoy a lot though.

What can you do with an old mountain of rocks and debris from coal mines? Build it into an adventure mountain for kids (and a splendid scenery view for the parents:-)

Avonturenberg is one of my favorite place for workouts! A run on the tracks of the 2 terrils, some exercising on the stairs, some mtb biking, and plenty of functional training possibilities! Oh well a relaxing walk is also possible, and with the cafeteria and stores nearby you're set for a few hours of fun!
