Had a lovely brunch at brew brothers after seeing their eggs Benedict menu. Eggs were perfectly cooked, and as usual the service was great. Will definitely be back again !

My annual trip up north is split by a stop in Kendal for coffee. My favourite place has unfortunately closed permanently however Brew Brothers will most likely see me again on the way back down South. Matty was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu had quite the variety however a classic scrambled eggs on sourdough was the perfect choice. Good flat white. Paid parking a five minute walk away.

The food was simply incredible. As a vegetarian options can sometimes be limited at independent cafes, but that was certainly not the case here! I had so many options to choose from and I’ll definitely be back to work my way through them. The service was brilliant! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had a pulled pork sandwich, iced latte and a can of coke. It was super busy but staff helped me to find a seat and stayed calm and polite even though they were rushed off their feet. The place was clean and the food was nice.

A little expensive for what you get, breakfast was nice, bacon a little too well done for me but I still ate it all! Milky Way brownie and the raspberry blondie were lovely. Very dog friendly which we loved

Great breakfast or lunch spot. The food is fantastic, staff really friendly and accommodating, and some really unusual drinks on the menu if you fancy a change from coffee. (The beetroot chai latte is delicious). Not super accessible due to stairs to get to a lot of the seating but fine for pushchairs etc. high chairs also available.

Good coffee and lovely gluten free cakes (handmade but packaged individually - thank you!). Also had lovely looking brunch and lunch menu, with gf options but we didn't have time to sample.

Tasty place for breakfast, and great coffee choices. Loved that I could get a cafetière of coffee. The vegan options are pretty good too, love seeing scramble tofu on the menu, recipe could use a little work, black salt and some extra moisture from milk or silk tofu would have made it better but I’m a big lover of scramble tofu so make it a lot myself. It’s a little bit pricey and their menu prices need updating on their website but I think everywhere now has gone up. Over all a lovely experience

Brew brothers - Kendal Short review : Great place for coffee and breakfast at Kendal city centre. Pet friendly. Detailed review: A local from Kendal recommended this restaurant for it's coffee and all day breakfast. This place is quite popular, so the queue will vary depending on what time one is visiting. The regular latte was alright. Maybe the next time I would go for the smaller size instead. Our egg Benedict was interestingly wholesome. We went for the light bite Hot smoked salmon on toasted sourdough which was unique as it had wilted spinach, bacon and poached eggs on a layer of cooked smoked salmon with siracha hollandaise and pea shoot dressing. Egg florentine plus royale with a good siracha punch. The service was quick despite it being reasonably crowded and the servers were friendly. Pleasant ambience, comfortable seating. Open on Sundays.

The breakfasts were great but actually not too sure about the coffee. Went for the strongest but lacked some depth and flavour. The atmosphere was great though and the staff pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic cafe! Outstanding service from all the staff. A warm welcome from Matt who was attentive and genuinely caring. A special mention to the unsung hero/heroes - the chef/s. The food was delicious. I had the hot salmon but all the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. Looking forward to returning. Just perfect. Thank you!

Brew Brothers is a gorgeous little café which serves a good range of meals, catering for vegans, veggies and omnivores alike. The staff were so friendly and chatted to all the patrons, regulars, tourists and new to the area people. It's also dog friendly which may have been my favourite bit, and if I'd realised that before visiting, I'd have brought my two ☺️

Definitely recommend a visit to Brew Brothers for breakfast. The peppermint tea had such a pretty and delicate flavour. I had the hot smoked salmon poached egg, and streaky bacon with Sriracha hollandaise sauce and wilted spinach on toasted Sourdough, it really was delicious and very filling. The cafe welcome dogs, service is good, staff are friendly. I liked the small hand towels too 😊

Somehow the cafe catches my eyes when walking by. Didn't disappoint me at all. Very friendly service. Playing music of the 80's. Thank you for making my day for my very first visit to Kendal 😋👍❤🇬🇧

We had oat milk latte and cappuccino, both with the milk frothed to perfection. Egg Benedict was also very tasty. Super friendly staffs altogether make this a five stars cafe.

Fantastic cafe with a wonderful charm to it. Wonderful, welcoming atmosphere where you feel free to stay as long as you like. The staff are incredibly polite and very adept at catering to people with dietary requirements. Nothing is too much trouble and the cakes are incredible. Well worth a visit and the Hazelnut Latte is one of the best I've ever had. I will certainly visit next time I am in Kendal. Highly recommended.
