My son has been going here for a while. Recently I found the place very dirty, the staff and the manager are very disrespectful and rude towards customers. Me and my son come here last month and we were both serverly ill from allergies that was requested and still didn't listen to a word we said to them reguardong my 4 year old child's allergies. The bathroom stank or urine and poo. My son refused to go to the loo due to how it smelt and looked. For a child on the spectrum it was very hard to him to deal with and he was very upset. He also has been bullied, hit in the face and has marks over his body from other children on the soft play. When you speak to the staff or the manager they never listen to a word you say so they let the children carry on hurting and pushing others Also I'd like to add that I wasn't allowed to bring food and drink in for my son who has allergies that cause him to be ill. I was told by the manager that I was in the wrong for bringing food into the place and my son would only drink certain drinks. Oh well there water there he can drink so don't see what your problem is The words I recieved were "if I don't like what she said then leave" I told her that I wouldn't be coming back here to let my son play her response was " oh well that your problem not mine" I would rate this place a 1 due to the irresponsible staff members and how we've been treatreated the last few times. I wouldn't recommend to anyone

14£ for 2+1 is a joke for such a place. For same price u can visit way bigger and cleaner softplay in Taunton. Everything is very old, dirty or broken. Charging so much money for that should be illegal. 2 stars are only there because 2y old boy had some fun. Luckily during our stay there way only children below 4y so my son could play with them. But not surprised, as older kids most likely don't want to visit that small, dirty place. It is sad that kids from Bridgewater don't have any other place which respect them and parents.

Extremely over priced for a small climbing area and a few bouncy castles!! £9.50 for kids and £2.50 for adults. Hate it when they charge for adults, who are just sitting. Makes me not buy a coffee. Will not be returning, not worth the ridiculously high price, disgusted. RESPONSE TO OWNER - you need to look at all of your bad reviews and do something about it, rather than taking a swipe at me lol! If mine was a one off bad review people might believe it was just me moaning. £2.50 to use facilities....what the toilet! Charge less for kids and limit to two hours. Charge, £1 for adults. Improve the quality of your food and drinks. You'll then get repeat visitors and gain good reviews. I can see from your responses to other reviews that you tell people they are reviewing the wrong place which is a laughable attempt brush away people telling the truth about your business and that they should say something on the day (they probably did). Take responsibility rather than having a pop at the people leaving an honest review. Look at your reviews and make changes! LOOK MAMBOS CARDIFF AND TAKE NOTE. That is massive and worth the money

Go here regularly with my 6 and 4 year old. Nice to see they've got a play gym now as well as numerous bouncy castles. The baby zone is nicely secured by a fence. They have good child safety systems where you can only leave by showing staff matching wrist bands. The food is delicious - especially the quiche! Best to go as soon as it opens as it gets busy quickly!

A nice play centre but only gave 4 Stars as it does seem a little steep in price. £9.20 for a 3 year old and £2.50 for and adult (why so much for an adult to sit and buy a drink?!) My son slept all the way home so did the job and burnt lots of his energy :-) reviews saying dirty and smelly but we didn’t find this an issue, seemed clean and tidy

Food really bad quality. Powder milkshake same as coffee with powder milk didn’t taste like coffee. Parents don’t supervise their kids so you can imagine what type of playing is there. Really rough without saying sorry. But thats not JJP fault. Toilet was disgusting staff really tried to keep up with cleaning but again not JJP fault. Lots of dust around. It could be really nice place but its big no no for now Answer: when i was there no staff was watching play area. Yes you struggle a lot so you should find somebody who know how to run business to help you. It was to many people inside. I came with 3 kids and each of them was hurt by much older kids with very bad language. But again no staff was watching play area. Go check flip out and you will see how staff take care

Really enjoyed jolly. Tooky 3 and 1 year old. Lovely ball Pitt enough balls to make it feel like one!. Nice little areas food babys. And a 1-4 area with play kitchen soft lego, play house and a few other bits. Soft play area. Big slide bounce castle with two smaller ones and an obstacle course type one. Staff were really nice nice and clean. Good prices as u could stay all day if you wanted. Would go back.

FABULOUS!!! Best softplay we've ever been to. Worth the higher entry fee. Food - big portions and pretty good quality too. Thank you! Only thing is coffee is a bit overpriced. My 3 year old had an amazing afternoon.

Always a great place for the children to disperse energy, safe environment, friendly staff, reasonable prices, lots of parking.

First time visit with young neice. Busy enough. Would most probably pick a different time on my next visit.

Great place for kids. Need more new attractions similar to ball pit. I go here for 4 years kids love it. I dont like the coffe they serve ( my opinion) Could use a proper bean to cup coffe service. If you bring your own coffe they wont let you in with it .
