A lovely resort for golfers and there were certainly enough of them! As a non golfing partner I enjoyed the very tasty breakfasts. Has a fantastic massage that I'll definitely return for. Bedrooms very comfortable with twin beds (obviously for sharing team members). Food in the bar was good and bar prices reasonable. Two criticisms were that the evening restaurant offered only 3 courses at £27.95 with no option for only having one or two courses for those with smaller appetites, and food options after 5.00 on a very limited bar menu which meant having to leave the resort for an evening meal. Other half enjoyed the golf games he played.

No lift to room. Fair size twin room with sofa bed. No AC but gladly had a fan as the room was very hot. The shower was powerful amazing.

The cabins are really spacious with good facilities and clean. I first stayed here 20 years ago and standards haven’t slipped on my recent trip

Visited with a group of golfers. Excellent and challenging golf courses. All had a distinctive style and were all in good condition. Oakland Lodge was clean and well equipped. Staff everywhere were polite and very friendly. Will be back. Good food. Excellent value for money.

Great place to stay, we were a group of 11 playing golf and staying in the lodges, can highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly relaxed place to play, course held up well during the wet weather and food very good, staff from reception, pro shop and hotel all very helpful.

Don't know about the rooms as I haven't stayed here, just played golf. The clubhouse is lovely even if the drink is a little pricey. Food quality is good. 27 holes of golf in a really testing environment. The three nines are all different, Woodland is by far the tightest but the Lakeland/Parkland really lets you open your shoulders, still, always be careful ⛳🏌️‍♂️👍

Stayed at the East Dorset Golf and bowls complex. The chalets are very spacious for six people, and spotlessly clean. The food is first class with very efficient staff. Well worth a visit.

Stayed in one of the cabins for two nights over the weekend, the cabin itself was perfect and the surrounding areas are beautiful. The cabin came fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and was clean and very well maintained I honestly could not fault it and well deserves its 5 star rating. The showers are powerful and the personal sauna is a very nice touch if I had one negative comment to make it would be the guests staying in other nearby cabins being a little to noisy past midnight but this is no reflection on the resort and certainly would not put me off booking again.

Room was nice, but the resort is split by a road so was a bit odd sleeping on one side and then having to cross the road to another building for breakfast, but apart from that nice place, will stay again
