I chose Keri the Florist for my wedding bouquets and button holes, as I used to work with Keri and had heard good things about its current owner Debi. My mum and I met with the very friendly Debi over a cup of tea at the shop to discuss different types of flowers and colours for small but modern bouquets. Nearer the time we discussed further ideas and photos on WhatsApp and added extras without any issues. The flowers looked amazing, just what I wanted to make my day special! stunning dozen red roses for my wedding anniversary. When 4 of the roses wilted prematurely they were replaced without hesitation. The remaining 8 and new ones are still going strong 2 weeks later. I suspect they got a bit over chilled in transport before they got to the florist. Fabulous service and customer care.

When I realised that the gift I'd ordered online for my wife's birthday wasn't going to arrive on time I logged on to Keri The Florist's website late in the afternoon and selected flowers to be delivered the next day before noon, as we were heading to a matinee show in the West End in the afternoon. A beautiful bouquet (even nicer than the picture on the website) arrived at 9.30 am the next day. Fantastic service and highly recommended.

I ordered two sprays of flowers from Keri The Florist for my mothers funeral recently as I always use them. This time however, I was very disappointed in the sprays, it looked like I had bought two bouquets from the local shop and put them on the coffin. From my understanding ( and from a google search) sprays are a long flat bouquet that is double ended and covers a larger surface of the coffin. Had I of seen the flowers before they were delivered to Chadwicks funeral service I would of refused them on the basis they certainly didn't look like what I had ordered ! It was a shame I paid for them when I ordered them too, as I would not of paid that amount of money for the flowers either. To reply to your comment....... I did not point out that I wanted a sheath, I asked Storm what it would look like and roughly how big it would be as I wanted something that would cover the coffin as I was ordering two. Storm said that the sheaths would be flat but double the amount of flowers shown to me in the ones in the shop. This is when I asked for the sprays ! I certainly would not of paid £150.00 for two bouquets !!! Which is what I paid and what was delivered to Chadwick Funeral Directors. When I rang you to let you know that I was disappointed in the flowers you took no accountability and suggested that I come to the shop to advise you how to improve...... In my opinion this was an unacceptable response.

We decided to go with Keri The Florist for our wedding in September and we couldn't be happier with what Debi and Storm provided. We went equipped to our first meeting with a Pinterest mood board and they were utterly brilliant. They got on board with the theme straight away and advised us on what flowers would compliment our style. The quote we received was very competitive and Debi was a dream to work with. If she ever had any questions, she'd ring me - or WhatsApp video call me to show me something and we always felt like we could do the same in return. When we saw the flower displays on the day, they took our breath away. They were even better than we could have imagined and made our day just that extra bit special. Our head table display was incredible. Several of our guests took flowers home after the wedding and they lasted for two weeks! It was a pleasure to work with Debi and Storm. I'd really encourage you to consider them for your wedding and I know we'll be using them again for other events in the future.
