I have had an extremely positive experience with Bean Machines. Customer service is absolutely excellent. Matthew himself taught me how to use it. The Machine itself is dead smart and comes in really good colours. Mine is Pink. Would highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service, from the office team to site installer. They are all incompetent. I had to install it properly after their special "engineer" installed it all wrong. He didn't even put a fall on the drain pipework. Basic stuff that they can't get correct. Don't get me wrong, they couldnt be more helpful when your at their showroom, trying to flog you their wares but once your in contract, your knackered. That helpfulness just dissapears. The beans they supplied were rank, we went elsewhere as they were inconsistent other than tasting cheap and bitter. It's easy to get far superior beans at a better price anyway. Servicing is also much cheaper and better with other suppliers. They are even putting their own 5* reviews on this account!! Goes to show what sort of company they are. For example, Natalie Black below, who has left a 5* review, is in their admin team! Caught out! Go elsewhere and avoid this lot of con artists. As to the response, why would I use my own name?! Just do you can hound people into revising their honest review. Seriously you guys need to sort yourselves out. What are you going to do? Offer us the several thousand pounds you ripped us off for back? I doubt it.

I found this company online wishing to replace an expired rental contract. Whilst I had reservations in committing to a machine and company for a set period without any prior knowledge of either, I haven't regretted it. The machine itself is brilliant, everything we wanted and more and the staff at Bean Machine could not have been more accommodating. I've held off writing this review to allow enough time to pass comment on aftercare and yet once more, Brilliant. The team work incredibly hard, are super efficient and understanding. So high praise all round. I hope if you are equally in two minds this review may help.

Our engineer Michael was awesome - our Cimbali machine has never been so good. He took time to explain how we must maintain the machine ongoing and was an experienced professional. Delighted to recommend him.

I’ve used Bean Machines for 6 years now both for my coffee and coffee machines. I did try another company for a couple of months just as a comparison for coffee products but in my opinion nobody can beat Bean Machines quality on price, product, supply, maintenance and after sales. I was looking for a company to service my coffee machine and through a contact in the trade was given the number of Beanmachines Coffee Co. From the initial phone call to the service itself this company were excellent. They sent an engineer Mihai to pressure test the machine and make it ready for service. This chap was amazing, his courtesy and professionalism were second to none,he explained everything along the way and didnt try to upsell anything that wasnt needed,to say he was helpful would be an understatement. You could not wish for better representation of a companies values than someone like Mihai Well done!

We bought a Sanremo coffee machine from Beanmachines in 2014 and have been very happy with it. Before buying a coffee machine from Beanmachines this we used separate companies for both our coffee and machine however we got a very good deal on the coffee buying through Beanmachines and the quality of the coffee is excellent.
