Good location but unfortunately the bathroom in our room hadn't been cleaned very well, there were hairs and marks on and around the bath. The sheet on the bed was on inside out and the covers were crumpled. The shutters wouldn't close properly meaning we were woken early by sunlight streaming in. Despite having to order breakfast the day before and specify a time, it was clear it had been sitting around for some time before being served to us, and we weren't asked how we'd like our eggs, being given fried eggs, which is not what we wanted. It's not cheap to stay here and we expected better.

I believed this to be a bed and breakfast but no breakfast was provided. Apparently they haven't done breakfast since Covid began. The owner was available via phone which was free in lobby for a couple of questions we had. Very hot on upper floor. Room was clean and there were a lot of stairs to climb! Hop on hop off bus stopped just up the street...location was very good

Perfect location for visiting the city, with restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Our room was the perfect size, with en suite facilities. Lovely complimentary extras as well!. I lost my Chanel perfume in my room during my stay, they found it and posted it back to me!. How amazing is that!!?.

It’s a convenient place to stay if you are looking into being within the centre of Bath but is rather overpriced for hotel where the beds and showers are not the best. Apart from that, the hotel had decent facilities and offers a real taste of Georgian bath.

Brocks guesthouse is set between the Crescent and the Circus in Bath. Our room was set in the basement and was very comfortable. The room had been freshly decorated, together with the bathroom. Altogether, it was a pleasure to stay in.

Really great accomodation right next to The Circus and a short distance from the centre of Bath. Couldn't be better located. The rooms we had were clean, fresh and inviting. Though no food is offered here, there are nearby cafés to take breakfast (or the Wetherspoon on a Sunday). We will certainly stay here whenever we are next in Bath.

Just spent 2 nights here as my wife had tickets for a Michael Buble concert. I really don't think we could have got any closer if we tried to the venue which was very handy. On top of that we were very close to the lovely sites Bath has to offer. The guesthouse itself was fantastic and in keeping with the Bath Victorian charm. Our room was bright, airy and was very well equipped with drinks, soaps etc. We highly recommend this guesthouse and would happily stay here again on our return.

The room was okay. But for 4 people a bit small. Very nice selection of cakes, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Very friendly staff. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, we where lucky to get a space right outside the door.

Excellent place to stay in Bath! Great communication throughout, the staff were very friendly and the room was so charming - quintessentially English! Nice bathroom and a decent size. The location by The Circus and The Crescent is perfect and an easy walk to absolutely everything! We had a wonderful time in Bath - thank you! Parking is a 10 min walk away for GBP15 overnight and an easy walk.

Beautiful room. Great location. Only detractor were that during our 3 night stay our room with own entrance was not once cleaned.

Brilliant little guest house, had a small issue with the shower head, but it was dealt with straight away. Couldn't have asked for better.
