Clean and well maintained room. Good breakfast. Overall what you would expect from a Premier Inn.

Courtesy call 2 days before arrival and room upgrade with hand written welcome note (it’s those little touches…) Modern, cosy and clean. Great location. Thank you Premier Inn Trowbridge!

The staff were lovely - all of them were extremely polite and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious and good value for money.

The stay/hotel was OK, but the food/breakfast is a complete shambles. Bare in mind It was £20 for two people to eat breakfast. Sunday 29th October. Turn up for breakfast was told there was a wait of 20 minutes before we could eat, we was then told 20 minutes later that there was no yogurt, no pastries and few other things missing. The staff were rushed or their feet which isn’t fair and some people simply walked away this food hall isn’t up to the job and I feel like I’ve paid quite steep for basically a coffee and a fried breakfast.

Excellent stay ! Staff were so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble . I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal, good choice of menu and good food .

Good location not far from Longleat. Rooms were great. Cleaners tried to come in multiple times within an hour in the morning despite me telling them I would be gone in an hour. Parking very difficult here but staff very helpful if you call explaining options. Parking free nearby if arriving 5pm and leaving in the morning but if you are staying multiple nights this would be problematic and expensive.

The hotel is in a great location near the town centre. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Family room was small, barely fitting the beds in and the air conditioning barely managed to cough any cool air out. Breakfast was good. Can't comment about dinner as they wouldn't let us in, despite being 3/4 empty.

Good sized rooms, nice and quiet and the parking was very convenient right outside. The toasters at breakfast were a bit under-powered but the food was decent.

Lovely hotel, great staff, nice and clean, breakfast was fantastic so I didn't have to leave to hotel too early to hunt for something edible, would use again if I was in the area for work.

Stayed here several times. Good area. As long as you arrive after 5pm otherwise you get car park charges. Staff polite, friendly and very helpful. Good few restaurants in immediate area.

It's in an excellent spot in Trowbridge. The rooms are nice and were easy to get to and they have a lift. All the restaurants are only a few steps away including Wagamama next door. Would stay here again for the convenience of everything on your door step.

Great value for the wonderful service and hot meals provided. The staffs (especially tony and Sarah who were responsible for our table) are genuinely friendly and willing to help.

Perfect if you have business or leisure in Central Trowbridge as this is right in the heart of the town Very much like any other prenier inn in many respects. Had an automatic check in which is the first of those I've seen Breakfast...standard buffet. Had vegetarian sausages and bacon on request

I have just spent one night in this. I arrived at one as I was attending a funeral. On checking in I was asked to pay an additional £10 because I was checking in before 3pm even though the room was ready. On going to the restaurant on site for dinner the meal was OK but I requested a coffee it was tepid warm. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke with chronic back pain and slept poorly. When using the shower it made the most awful loud noise plus the bath was so high I struggled to get in the bath to use it. I booked breakfast which was the continental. There was no selection of Danish pastries only croissants and pain au chocolate that were hard. I had crumpets but the toaster was so slow so they did not cook properly. I decided to have some Greek yoghurt with fruit, the fruit tasted disgusting and was not fresh but frozen left to stand. I finally finished with coffee again if was tepid and tasted disgusting and was not value for money and cost me £7.99. I certainly would not stay here again and they seriously need to address these issues. Although the staff were helpful the reception area always unoccupied and when you called reception nobody answered. Onde of the worst places I have stayed. (24 May 2023).

Room stuffy and far too hot. Windows don't open and the air con doesn't go below 19°C and makes no difference. Just feels like you're recirculating dirty air. The air con was also really noisy. Room very tired, curtains ripped and lots of holes. Dirt everywhere, hairs in and on coffee cups, on the furniture and in the bathroom. Not enough pillows. The extractor in the bathroom also very noisy and can not be switched off. The hallway and stairs stank of cigarettes because people hang out outside the front doors smoking every day. Parking very limited and couldn't be guaranteed a space each day. TV very basic. WiFi unusable - probably deliberate to make you pay for their premium device. Food inedible and also got food poisoning while I stayed here. Lots of crime in the area, police constantly in car park arresting people or chasing people. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.
