A beautiful experience from the moment I arrived to when I sadly had to leave. The staff are AMAZING, so caring. The location is brilliant and even though there was a wedding taking place, it didn't disturb out stay at all. The gin selection is the largest I've ever seen and the food was 5 star. Thank you Widbrook Grange. I hope to come again one day.

This hotel was very nice with quirky old school styled rooms (which could do with a little TLC but nothing majorly bad). The bed was huge and the rooms spacious all set in a lovely and relaxing location. What makes Widbrook Grange stand out however is the exceptional food from the restaurant and the amazing staff who were absolutely brilliant. Not only did they making us feel so welcome but going the extra mile to make this visit a truly enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend and would visit again.

Lovely place but vastly overpriced tbh for what it is. Almost a tenner for one bottle of beer! The rooms were clean and tidy but certainly not worth the cost. I don't mind what I'm charged as long as I don't feel ripped off, which I did. There are nicer and cheaper places in the area.

Great ambiance, with amazing gin bar, beautiful quirky gardens, lovely indoor pool but most of all GREAT staff! Highly recommend it!

Fantastic place. Lovely grounds, food was amazing and staff very friendly. Lots of unusual art pieces inside and out, literally everyone you move your eyes you spot something new.

What a lovely hotel! The staff here were friendly and very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was cosy, with an eclectic mix of comfortable furnishings and open fires. It was more like staying in a grand country home. Food served was excellent! I was served one of the best meals I've had for a very long time. I would definitely recommend a visit and hope to return at some point in the future.

Very average stay, nothing wow. Staff are friendly enough. It was a birthday weekend, which we mentioned, treated no different. Such a shame, as it could be really nice.

Amazing venue. We had my sister in laws wedding here last Saturday. Amazing place staff were amazing food was out of this world and the evening do was in a self contained party barn in the grounds also the rooms were amazing massive beds all very clean and lots of drinks....ps if yiu like Gin the gin bar is amazing

Lovely setting in grounds that hold a few little surprises. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent food. Very dog friendly and good parking. Easy walk along the canal into Bradford on Avon. Would love to go back sometime.

So I am a little biased on this as this is where me and my wife got married. It's a beautiful location with well maintained rooms. The food delicious and the staff offer a fantastic level of service going above and beyond.

Exceeded expectation...staff are really great, happy & friendly meeting guests. Food was amazing, both at breakfast & dinner. Room was great, warm & cosy..fantastic comfy bed & pillows..best nights sleep ever. Great location to stay for visiting Bath. We will definitely be returning.

I started staying here in September, then booked again recently (I'm in the area ~10 nights per month with work). It's a beautiful place and I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay. However, when booking with a 3rd party provider, the booking failed. I booked elsewhere (reluctantly) and was surprised to see Widbrook has charged my cards several hundred pounds. I contacted them to explain the circumstances and got a pleasant response, which was quickly overruled by the office manager. She asked me to evidence a failure of the 3rd party system, to which I returned 'non-booked' emails and an empty itinerary. This provider clear evidence of the issue but they still only offer a partial refund. Whilst this is technically the fault of the third party provider, Widbrook are only too happy to hold onto my money, even when I've demonstrated it's not my fault - more so after a lengthy email run around. As I'd booked alternative accommodation, I had no way of quickly turning my plans around and returning to Widbrook. A huge shame as this was such a pleasant place - but I prefer to stay places where you're valued as a customer. I need to find somewhere new for a temporary home over the next 6 months!

We got married here in April, was one of the best and happiest days of our lives! What a beautiful location to get married and have everyone special with us to celebrate our wedding. Highly recommend to anyone for weddings or a meal or for staying the night. We'll absolutely be coming back soon!

Stayed at widbrook Grange for a night away with my partner. Can’t recommend enough staff were friendly and accommodating the rooms were perfect for the country stay, very cosy with a rustic aesthetic and so much character. We had breakfast which was lovely and the bar also had a great range of drinks! Only a 20 minute drive from the bath city centre definitely one of the top hotels I have stayed in.

Poorly maintained hotel charging far too much given state of repair. There is mould and damp in the rooms, we had dirty tea cups too, and there is no lighting in the overflow car park which meant I tripped and hurt my ankle. Not good all round!
