Visited today to purchase a suit etc for my son to wear to his school prom. I had looked online but all the different fits ands sizes confused me having never need to buy one before. We entered with a little trepidation but Eleanor who was working in the mens department was at hand to assist, she was wonderful, helpful and friendly. I'd like to say a big thank you to her for her assistance and advice.

Went there today for last minute.com emergency shirt purchase. Didn’t have the one I wanted but shoutout to Nicole working in Menswear she was brilliant at sorting me out, checking the stock both in the back of the store and at local stores in Somerset; and then getting one ordered for pick up at Cabot Circus branch tomorrow, where I’m already booked for lunch - so it all worked out. Nicole was extremely customer focussed, efficient and overall an excellent ambassador for the Next brand. I hope the manager see this and takes note - credit where credit is due in my book.

Went with a friend. Enjoyed a good look round. Plenty of space to do so. Upstairs was great. A lot of glass windows to let in light. You can actually see what you are wanting to buy! Staff friendly enough. Pay for bags.

I shop here for baby clothes. Next clothes wash and wear great. It's nice to be able to buy quality clothes locally in what otherwise is quite a terrible shopping town. It's a shame the carpark isn't free but it's only 50p.

Good clothes if little on the dear side for kids. The jeans I wanted to buy they did not have in store so may as well gone for next day delivery.

Quick visit to pick up some smart trousers for my daughter for her interview. Excellent help with sizes while we were there

Tried to call today regarding the collection of my parcel currently in the store. Waited 12 minutes in the queue only to have someone cut me off before even answering, phoned again and now the queue time says 17 minutes. I requested a call back and I'm still waiting for that call (30 minutes ago)! Poor service Trowbridge Next!

I had a lovely shopping experience in this store today , a polite, very helpful young man went above and beyond, I looked at his name badge as I wanted to give him a shout out , thank you Charlie, you are an absolute absolute to your store
