Nice place. The building used to be an old Methodist church. Service is great here. Child friendly with a children’s menu and large children’s portions. Clean toilets.

Staff very friendly and give good attention to customers during the meal. Prices very reasonable for what you get as well! Had a lovely lunch here at the weekend with a group of friends. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, even when we asked to move tables. Food was excellent, well presented and there was lots of it! Beautiful building well worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our meal. 15 of us went to have a Christmas get together. All our food was pre-booked and the waitress came out with our food and called out our names to serve our food. Everyone thought the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Great interior and atmosphere. Would recommend.

Great late date night! Didn’t have a booking but that wasn’t a problem and we were welcomed by the manager. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food delicious - great job from chefs! Would definitely recommend.

Arrived 8.15pm welcomed shown to seat provided with comprehensive list and information re allergies then a sweet marker was placed on the table to alert staff (a heart) Food fabulous staff attentive efficient and friendly. The slowly cooked beef brisket pasta was absolutely delicious! Very smiley and polite personnel. Strongly recommend it!

Went there for a lunch with an elderly friend. It is very accessible for people with disabilities. The pasta was quite tasty and the staff were very friendly. However, the calamari was a bit too salty for me. Overall speaking, recommend!

I gone there for dinner and I got the Truffle Mushroom Calzone (which I forgot to take photo of) and it tasted excellent but it was a little hard to cut into pieces but other than that, I LOVE it 😃. I also had Chocolate Etna for dessert and it tastes AMAZING 10/10. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you like cakes and Italian food.

Had a great experience at ASK Italian. It doesn't have as much personality and atmosphere as the local independent Italian restaurants, but was much more child friendly which made a big difference when dining with toddlers. The food is very good. Not amazing, but very good.

Friendly, fast service. Food was delicious, staff were attentive, although it was busy with Father's Day, we didn't have to wait long to be seen and have our orders taken.

We've been here a number of times, and the service has always been great. The foods are generally good in quality. The portion of the starter is small compared to the price paid. The quality of Butterfly king prawns is hit and missed - in our last visit, the king prawns did not taste fresh.

Unfortunately our family got food poisoning after visiting "Ask Italian". Risotto wasn't done with proper arborio rice, and actually smelled bad: wondering if that one was a culprit... disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, fast and efficient service. I had the lasagne for lunch which was very good quality, came out piping hot so had to be careful eating initially; would rather that than cold food though! Overall very happy with the food and the service, no hesitation in calling back in future.

Had family dinner here, 3 adults and 2 children. The latter got an incredible value 3 courses that they loved. I had the lasagna, the grande version, delicious. Washed down with a nice Malbec. We had booked table, and pleased we had as place busy. Service was also very good, attentive and timely without being over bearing.

We dropped in here on the off chance of getting a table. I was looking for a good Italian to carb load ready for my marathon the next day. They managed to squeeze us in and were very accommodating. Nice to see they had crayons for the kids as our little one was kept entertained whilst we stayed. I had the folded garlic bread for a starter and spaghetti Bolognese for a main. My wife had cheesy garlic bread for a starter and pasta for main. All very tasty. Nice staff and a very nice atmosphere inside.

We booked our table for a Saturday night. When we arrived every table was taken but ours. Despite the staff being put under a lot of pressure, the service was excellent. The food was served lovely and warm. Many thanks to all the staff

Great food and service. We sat outside as it was warm and inside full, and had a wonderful meal. All the food was well presented and very tasty. Service was tremendous and never a delay. First time here, and will certainly return.

Despite their pizza oven breaking down everything was great. They catered for various dietary requirements and provided great service. We enjoyed the food and the staff managed well in what must have been very challenging circumstances. Thanks.

This visit was impromptu, with no booking. The restaurant was very full. We were accommodated outside while we waited for a table, the Hospitality was amazing. Come time for dinner, the waiting staff were warm and friendly, not too pushy with their follow ups to check on meal quality etc. The night was fairly cheap too (under £50 for two of us to eat). Would definitely go again ☺️

Good service using app found this fab so we could order at our own pace. Food delicious and generous portions delivered quickly mid range price enjoyed a nice evening out. Waitress extremely friendly and helpful.
