I've been meaning to go on the museum and tour for years, but never got around to it until now. Probably a good time as at the moment, history is all we have as Manchester United fans. Felt it was a reasonable price at £80 for the family of four, and finally got to access areas and see things you wouldn't get anywhere near on a match day. Our tour guide (I think his name was Leo, see picture of press conference room), was very professional and knowledgeable, but also added bits of humour to proceedings. United had suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of bitter rivals the night before, so not a great time, but he managed to make some light of it. Tour included usual areas you get. The stadium seating, dug outs, changing rooms, press conference room, and dressing room. Advice is that you have to be a bit ruthless to get the best pictures, as the time in each area is limited, with a guy at the back pushing you forward. You have to beat your fellow tour attendees to the best spots for taking photos from. Once the tour ends, you can re-enter the museum and browse the glory and the tragedies of MUFC history at your own leisure. Was also told we could use our passes to come back and enter the museum at any time for up to a year. Really shouldn't have taken me this long to go on this, it's a must for every United fan.

What a dream come true to do a tour of a famous football club ( or soccer for American 😁)! It is worth time and money spent! What an experience to do a tour and learn history of the club and stadium! I was blown away on how big it is and how expensive per one ticket to watch one game! Our guide tour did a great job to explain history and move us along. We watched the video for 10 mins at the beginning of tour about history of club and stadium. There is an option at the end of the tour to take picture with a cool background for additional charge. It is cool to see the locker room with Jersey and how things work inside stadium. After the stadium tour, there is a museum that display all trophies and jerseys etc. Then I ended the day with buying souvenirs back home :)

Highly recommended for fans and non-fans alike! An educational tour that brings you to all the iconic spots in the stadium. We had a lot of fun. There’s also a museum which had very interesting items and bits of information. It’s recommended to make an online booking before you go. The entire tour + museum took us around 2.5 hours. Do allocate time to have a bite at the Red Cafe located in the stadium, they decorated it very nicely to fit the theme. Service was a bit slow so make sure you have enough time.

The stadium tour was interesting. Access to players changing room, different seating, trophy rooms, history of MU, press conference, manager's seat, and most interesting was the tunnel to the stadium. After the tour, there is a megastore to buy official MU merchandise. We bought MU t shirt at £80 and customised printing of name and premier league logo at £20 and the best of it was, we are MU official premium members who can enjoy 10% discount of all purchases. We also took the photo package of 4 photos at £35 to get our posts on different backgrounds of stadium and players

Came here all the way from Indonesia, to make my husband happy. He’s a loyal fans. Die hard. And as for me personally, this place is somewhat cool. They have a high quality building, those walls, those doors, floors, everything was nice. I even touch the walls as it very clean and neat. My favorite part was the Munich Tunnel. Their tragic history framed beautifully. Busby Babes story made me cry even I don’t know who are they.

It was my dream come true to visit my childhood dream to visit the club which i have supported no matter what since my school days. The reception is great and the staff are very very polite to guide us through the whole stadium during the Stadium tour. The merchandise store had great number of options to choose from especially getting your name printed on the jersey. The Certificate as a memory or a token of thanks from Manchester united was great.

Must visit if you are Man United fan. The trophy room reminds what this great club is all about. It's like taking a walk through history. Guided tour is also quite good and covers most important sections of this beautiful stadium.

Fantastic tour, highly recommended. The guide on the 12:50 pm tour on Saturday 28/05/22 was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was probably the best guide I've had on tours of stadia 10/10. We, my Son Jack and I took the option of a meal included booking. Let me say it was perfect, the quality was unexpected and rivalled the best fish and chips meal there is. My Son agreed 100% and he used to work for one of the finest fish and chips restaurants in the country. A special day for my 60th birthday and one I will never forget.

Went there in 2019 (pre-covid) absolutely stunning place, my favourite club. Going there is pretty straight forward, like everyone knows about Old Trafford in Manchester, the whole system was PERFECT, no interruption, everything was smooth, the instructor was brilliant as well, he kept the whole group really active and alive throughout his session. If you are MAN UNI FAN, give it a go..

Really enjoyed our experience here (even as a non-united fan). The staff were so incredibly helpful and nice - they were so kind to let us pray even when they were closing soon which we really appreciated. I was surprised to see they even had a prayer room in the first place so I am really happy about how inclusive they are! The tour guide we had was really nice and funny (sorry I forgot his name) and was very informative especially since this was his first tour so we were very impressed! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here so thank you!

Great your, very friendly staff and very informative. A good walk around the museum before hand which was included was nice although a little small but there is more than enough information there to keep you going for a good hour or so. I would recommend and go back.

Unbelievably stunning stadium The whole 360 degree view is exactly how it looks like compared to a FIFA online game. It worth every penny. The game was amazing. Much respect to all the players.

The museum is great but the stadium tour is amazing. Been three times - once as a kid, twice as an adult - and it's always brilliant. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable and you'll get to walk down the tunnel, sit in the dressing room, sit on the benches and walk through the stands and behind the scenes. Definitely worth doing for any football fan and essential for any united fan.

Absolutely fantastic, the museum was bigger than expected and the tour was amazing. The tour guide did a brilliant job, was very knowledgeable. The food in the Red Cafe was fantastic, had a slight wait before being served but the food tasted amazing. I would highly recommend this for anyone not just United fans. Myself and my dad thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

I'm a foster carer and took our Afghanistan and Iranian lads on the tour, unfortunately the audio tour didn't have either of the languages spoken by our lads but this took little away from them actually being at Manchester United Stadium. Both lads were absolutely thrilled to be able to get so near the pitch and took so many photos. All the staff were amazing and very friendly and made the tour a fantastic experience. Both lads haven't stopped talking about it and are showing the photos to anyone and everyone. Both the lads love Ronaldo and were beyond excited to be able to sit in his seat in the changing room. Honestly this is a fantastic memory for both lads to look back on, thank you to everyone at Manchester United.

Definitely worth a visit. We came to Manchester specifically to visit this with my son, who is a Manchester United fan. He was ecstatic to be visiting his favorite teams home stadium. There’s deep history here. The tour took us through the stands, locker room, chairman’s box, through the tunnel on to the side of the pitch & ends in the store.

Went for my husband birthday was very good having a look round the museum first then the tour was very good n interesting lots of chances to take pics and the only down side was we were with a large group so would be better in smaller groups but worth it. Lots of walking if anyone struggles with walking. Then we had a meal in the red cafe which was very nice.. Lovely day out.

The museum and tour at Old Trafford provide a fascinating insight into Manchester United’s illustrious past. I immersed myself in the club’s triumphs, reliving historic moments, and admiring the vast collection of memorabilia. The knowledgeable and friendly staff added an extra layer of enthusiasm, sharing stories and anecdotes that further enriched my visit. Furthermore, Old Trafford’s accessibility is commendable. Located conveniently in Manchester, it is easily reachable by public transportation, allowing fans from all corners of the world to make the pilgrimage and be part of the iconic Red Devils’ legacy.

Brian and Bob were exceptional, informative, engaging and completely FUN... What a tour!!!! A definite MUST for Man-U fans. This was a gift for my dad and brother, I know little, close to nothing about football, but I was completely glued to the tour and thoroughly enjoyed the history of ManU. Worth every penny❤️

Went on a Wednesday, I wasn't sure what time we would arrive,so just showed up and bought tickets on the spot. Easy, don't need to pre book or register or become a member. Tours start every 20 minutes and last about 70 minutes. John our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the club's history and fun facts and he was full of fun with jokes and banter. It was well worth it to take this tour of this historic club, see all the cups and trophies, personal achievements in the museum and go behind the scenes, visit the dressing room, sit on the bench and learn facts about the club, pitch, coaches etc.

Had an excellent time exploring the stadium and touring the museum. It's very good for all football fans, not just Man Utd supporters. The stadium is a little old looking inside and I'd say the nearby Man City tour has the edge.

While you are in Manchester, this place is a must visit. Especially for football fans. Experience the sprit of a team which falls and unites. There are several tour slot which one can check on their website. We chose in morning 11:10 - 12:10. The one with £27 (Adult Walk Up tour) per head tour was quite sufficient to cover several topics and places inside. They will allow you enough time to click pictures from various angles. If you are true ManUtd fan then don’t forget to carry a DSLR especially with wide angle lens. The package includes the museum visit followed by stadium intro. The tours takes place in batches / groups. Groups are allowed to see even the press-room, teams assembly area (before the game), dressing room etc. Better to follow the guide because the place is too easy to be lost! During Museum visit there will be last section where one can get his pics clicked by the trophies. At (only) this place you are not allowed to click pics with ur camera. There will be a photographer who will take your pictures and later same can be collected from the store in £10. They nicely frame it in 8x12. The tour starts from Floor 3 which is Museum, then to the stadium on floor 1 and finally at the merchandise Megastore. You may find the store expensive mainly because of originals. There are however few items like fridge magnets, team flags and coat pins which are in the range of £3 - £8 to pick as a souvenirs. The nearest train station from this place is Piccalilli which is ~3km from this place. A cab will charge you £9 - £10 from station to museum depending on traffic.

Fantastic experience...well worth the visit. We had turned up late, my father isn't as mobile as he used to be and the guys couldn't have been more helpful! To get the chance to sit in the dugouts, experience the changing room and then stand at the side of the pitch never mind experience the feeling of coming out the tunnel...memories for life! Only negative thing was, we visited on Easter Sunday and unfortunately the Mega Store was closed due to holiday...but we had been told and knew about this prior to our visit. Probably saved a fortune!

The best experience of my life was visiting the Old Trafford Stadium. You need to keep checking their website for your timings and tickets. Very easy to reach there with various options to commute. Their tour guides share all information in detail. You get an ample amount of time to click pictures and visit the museum as well as shop from their mega store. Doesn't matter which team you support, one must visit for the experience on its own

The Utd tour is worth every penny, our assigned tour guide was brilliant, he knew his stuff, the museum itself is littered with history, all the staff are very pleasant. The best bit is walking down the tunnel and if you have children the tour guide will line them up like players and you can film them coming down towards the pitch. Booked the tour using virgin experience, 20% discount.

Phil and Mike our tour guides were fantastic! Phil was informative, funny with a little bit of banter mixed in. We took our ten year old for her birthday and she loved it. She even got a birthday card from a lovely lady in the museum which made her day. All in all a fantastic experience and well worth the entrance fee even if you're not a Man Utd fan.

Wow! It is worthy tour to be taken during your stay in the city of Manchester. Highly recommended, even for those who are not a club fan you will enjoy the vibes and history around you. After the 80 minutes tour you will be amazed by the club's history and their legends. Also, you can take pictures almost everywhere with the club legends photos and quotes. Don’t miss to visit the Sir Alex museum and the club store. You can reach the stadium via metro, along with walking distance of 500 meters.

Following on from watching Manchester United Beat west Ham 3-0 .....I went on the 10.40 am (5/2/2024) Tour which was amazing... Tour guide staff was very informative and helpful assisting in taking photos, they definitely know all there is to know about Manchester United great History. The digital photo package was great value for money. Finally I must add that from me entering the Tour through the metal detector until I left the Mega Store, every member of staff was so polite, professional and helpful. Excellent customer service all round. They all really made the Tour enjoyable. Just wish I had received my Machester United, premier membership, birthday discount before I spent money in mega store. It arrived a few hours later.😄

Paid over £160.00 for the museum and stadium tour. When I asked for the headsets for translation .was told "no you can't have them" no reason or explanation. So 5 people in our group had no idea what's going on. Very disappointed with the staff and tour guide here at old Trafford, cold, rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I had given 2 stars, but down to 1 as we found out at the end of the tour that various parts like the changing rooms were no longer part of the tour.. So we paid full price for less of a tour and no audio for foreign visitors.

I could be biased as a die hard Man United follower for over 50 years but this is an awe inspiring experience. Of course it's dedicated to all things Red and for that alone it is outstanding. But looking at the bigger picture it is also testament to some of the social changes that have occurred since 1878, from football being the working man's pastime, completely male dominated, to the effect of 2 World Wars, a plane crash that probably for the first time affected a whole community all the way through to a multi-million pound industry run by multi millionaires with million pound salaries to match. Wonderful.

Had a great experience at the tour today, had a great tour guide, Alan L, who provided us with a memorable experience. He gave interesting and insightful stories and his own opinions on players and managers made for a great tour. Tour was 2.00pm on 31st August. Thanks again Alan! Even my girlfriend who isn't a big football fan absolutely loved the tour! 100% recommend for anyone visiting Manchester

Incredible tour, whether you're a fan or not of Manchester United! There is a lot of history to learn whilst in the museum. Food in the cafe is the usual burgers/pizza but is reasonably priced and there is also a kids menu. You get to see the changing rooms, tunnels and media office whilst walking round the stadium and even have a seat in the manager's chair on the dugout Staff at the stadium were incredibly helpful. If you're a fan of football, or history, then I would highly recommend.

An absolutely amazing experience seeing Old Trafford, Manchester United's stadium behind the scenes. Also the museum is definitely worth the visit especially if your a passionate United supporter. Contains historical, successes, facts, silverware about the club.

Marvellous stadium, easy enough to find, we booked a tour through Virgin Experience Days, easy process to book in for the tour, the museum & trophy display was excellent, there's also a bar & restaurant on the same level, had a really good look around the stadium with access to players dressing room, a walk down the tunnel to get pitch side...tour takes about an hour-ish but is well worth it, the guides were excellent and knowledgeable.

Fantastic. Birthday present. Staff extremely helpful, was a bit late but they still managed to squeeze us in. Answered all questions, gave invaluable information about stadium, history, players previous and present. Highly recommend going totally worth it x

The guide was amazing and really fun. The hand held really is a nice touch. The museum is fantastic. I don't like football was a present for my partner but they converted me. The restaurant was very busy but again could do enough for you

Highly recommended. You can pay £27-35 for an 80 minutes tour. As a lifetime Manchester United fan, I was amazed by the club's history, their legends, and some famous quotes from former greats like Sir Alex, Sir Matt Busby or Sir Bobby Charlton. Our guide Kevin and Callum were so friendly. They answered all our questions, gave priceless knowledge about the stadium, history, and the club itself. It's totally worth it. Must visit place at least once in your lifetime.

I highly recommend taking the tour at the Manchester United Stadium. Tickets cost £25, and it offers an immersive 80-minute experience. To make the most of your visit, I suggest booking your tour ticket online in advance. This not only saves you time but also provides the advantage of a lower price compared to purchasing tickets at the counter. By securing your spot ahead of time, you can ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. As a lifelong Manchester United fan, I was truly amazed by the club's rich history, the presence of legendary figures who have graced the stadium, and the inspiring quotes from icons such as Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Matt Busby, and Sir Bobby Charlton. Our guides, Kevin and Callum, were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They enthusiastically answered all our questions and provided invaluable insights into the stadium, its history, and the club itself. The tour is definitely worth every penny, and I believe it is a must-visit destination for any fan. It offers an unforgettable experience that should be cherished at least once in a lifetime.

What an experience. We did the full tour, museum tour and cafe. Could not fault it anywhere. Great experience and fantastic to read all the history of the club and grounds. What an amazing history from the bombings in the Manchester raids to the full rebuilding of the largest stadium 🏟. Amazing. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Susan Stanten at the front deck. She was a gem in getting us sorted for tickets and a full tour. A great asset to the team. All staff were amazing and our tour guide knew all the history of the club.

One of the best experiences of my life!!! We met some of the players as they arrived at the stadium and got many autographs. Met plenty ex players and sports personalities in the Munich tunnel outside the directors entrance. Atmosphere was incredible!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Toured the stadium while studying abroad in the UK and it was an amazing experience! Our tour guides Kevin and Leo were great. A must see for any Manchester United or football fan in general.

The tour is definitely worth doing, you get to have a walk around the stadium, get to areas that you would not normally go to when you attend a game like players' changing rooms or press rooms, and also you get to explore the museum which is split over 3 floors. We had a guide who walked and talked us through the stadium, he was really good and had lots of little anecdotes to tell too which made the experience even more interesting. I would recommend booking a slot quite in advance, as I booked one day before going and lots of slots were already unavailable. To get to the stadium you can take a tram from the city centre to Old Trafford and then it's about a 10 minutes walk from the tram station to the football stadium.

Wonderful experience, especially for my 9 year old boy. There's so much history for a football fan. Tour guide was informative, funny and great to interact. Definitely recommend.

The tour itself is a 5/5 experience, but given the state of the stadium and overdue investment, I can't bring myself to actually rate it 5 star. After all, it is a tour of the stadium, and sadly United's is years behind other 21st century venues. On matchdays, the toilets are horrid, there are no screens for Var reviews, and the icing on the cake is if it rains, certain seats can get a direct stream of water from the edge of the roof pouring onto them. #glazersout The actual tour is good fun - lasts about an hour and takes you to the pitchside view, dugout view, home team changing room and the walkway the players use when entering for the game. Good amount of time for photos. The museum tour is included, and it's worth spending about an hour here, reading more about the history of the club. No surprise there is barely a paragraph on the last decade of disappointment. Would suggest getting your tickets via Virgin day experiences as they are cheaper there, albeit you need to phone the club up to use the voucher code rather than booking privately online.

The paid tour is highly recommended. JOHN was super funny and educating during the tour and the feeling was very welcoming and very patient. They have made sure all of us will get the right picture and assist those who were alone. Great job guys.

Highly recommend this experience for anybody into football. We visited on 3rd sept , 12.30pm tour. My son had the best day on this experience from start to finish. Our tour guy Pete/Dave? was the best very professional and so funny! He gave us so much information and very organised. He also made sure the children felt extra special. My son has not stopped talking about it, this was he’s best birthday gift. We also had a meal in the cafe which delivered great service plus no waiting around. Overall great day 👍🏼 Thank you

Great stadium tour, informative and guide’s excellent. One criticism is you need to go earlier to get round the museum, you can go back but I’d rather do it pre tour and most disappointing was the extra money for pic behind manager interview desk after taking well over £100 for a family of 4 on the tour. I acknowledge it’s a business but that was dissapointing!

Amazing!! Hearing the history of the club from John and Peter, our tour guides, was incredible. This was the only place we really wanted to see when visiting Manchester. It was really something else. The museum was very well done. The display of championship cups took our breath away!! Then after, the gift shop. Overall, an amazing experience!! Don't miss out on visiting Old Trafford if you ever get to Manchester!

Interesting tour for a non football fan. Guide was knowledgeable and funny. Couldn't remember his name, but he took the 250pm, 24 September 2023, tour. 5 out of 5.

Great place for every MU fan and a must see for at least once in a lifetime. Feels the spirit this stadium has and all those legendary players that commited themselves for this club. Really great experience.

The experience was remarkable with all the history and the fantastic guides we had showing us around in particular for my family. The mood and atmosphere was quite sombre following the tragic death of Sir Bobby Charlton. This has been a club I have followed since my boyhood and the memories I have of the successful years are forever embedded in my heart. Its a shame the stadium is so far behind in terms of the development and investment put in by the owners which is clear to see. Nonetheless, for any true fan of this great club or even a neutral, there's a lot to take in and you will no doubt enjoy your experience.

A very good afternoon was had watching my beloved Luton Town play Manchester United. For a new club to the Premiership all their supporters came out to watch this match in middle November as it was their highest home crowd for the season so far over 73 000 .
