It said 3 hours free parking. So I popped into M&S and ate a quick sandwich before running over to the town council offices for a meeting. Received a £48 fine which I will challenge. Be careful parking is run by a company called smart park.

Beware of parking charges. The retail outlets are great but I saw a sign that said there is free parking up to 3 hours as long as you use an outlet. Clearly not the case as I have just had a notice from SMART PARKING after a 1 hour visit. Sad

The shops are good - it's the parking. Even though we were there for 42 mins and the parking is free for 3 hours, we got a ticket. Didn't notice any machines just the big signs saying free parking. The annoying thing is there automated system tells you how long you were there but you still get a fine if you don't get a ticket. Just watch out they're getting loads of unsuspecting people. I Will think twice before going back there.

My mother has also been given a parking ticket. As with the others it says 3 hours free parking, and on the letter she was sent it shows she was only there for 32 mins. She also has a receipt that shows she was a customer of M&S and I have convinced her to challenge. But many I expect will be frightened into paying the £48 in fear of losing the challenge for some reason and ending up having to pay £80. It is also worth noting that many OAPs go to shop and get coffee at this M&S.

Not bad selection of shops takeaways and has a toby carvery so not all bad

Free parking for 2 hours. Marks&Spencer food court the main draw, but also Toby Carvery, Gregg's and Papa John's outlets. Easy access from here to park, Odeon etc.

A great new place for Trowbridge. The new bridge opens up another access route for walking which is great and the whole area makes something more of the river opening it up. Just a shame to see some more shops gone out of the center. Parking seems a bit limited for busy periods, parking is free for the first few hours, but you must get a ticket and put your reg in to the machine.

Could do with better parking by Domino's and subway, but otherwise, a welcome addition to Trowbridge compared to the eyesore that was Peter Black's.

Went to Greg's early morning for sausage roll thinking it would be hot being early but no , it was stone cold and the labeling was wrong on the counter didn't even say sausage it says spicy roll

Popped into greggs for a quick cuppa and a sausage roll, usual quick and fast service food was good.

Always really busy and no where to park . I come here for the car charging ports which are excellent

Always worth popping in for a Greggs while you watch the world go by.
