Went to Trowbridge for my second pregnancy and was made really scared and uneasy by an unprofessional midwife so I have moved my care elsewhere

Whilst on holiday from the North East, I had to visit the Minor Injuries Unit on 26/8/17 at approximately 3.45pm. The assistance I received from the receptionist led to me receiving an emergency prescription for vital daily medication which I was short of via NHS 111 and the GP out of hours service - all within 35 minutes. I did not get the chance to thank the receptionist on duty. If a staff member reads this notice can you please pass on my thanks.

Palmed off to either Frome or Chippenham for a possible broken bone for a child. Told at capacity and no xray available unless checked first, if that was past 4pm and x ray needed, would be sent to RUH. It's a child and surely the injury dictates waiting time?

Unfortunately I had to visit here after hurting my ribs in a fall. The staff were brilliant. Richard & his colleague gave me a thorough examination, he was informative and gave me very helpful advice. He went over & above, calling my GP to make sure I had the medication needed. Thank you to all at Trowbridge Hospital.

My son had to go In today after getting a very deep splinter right under the bed of his nail 2/3rd of the nail length in depth, the waiting times were really reasonable, all staff were very friendly and efficient and the care by the nurse on duty for my son was absolutely exemplary, he was very scared to have to go to see a doctor/nurse, no matter how minor the injury may seem to some and he was treated with such kindness and respect, extremely grateful to have access to such good care locally.

We need our hospital and the awesome hcps who work here!!!

Excellent service, visited today with partner with cut finger...seen straight away and wound dressed and re-checked before leaving. Lovely reception and nursing staff...excellent. Thank you.

typical NHS went in for what seems to be a simple thing me doctors should have dealt with, seen quickly then left to rot in the waiting room for hours, eventually walked out without treatment. just as well saved the hour or so of my life.

Having chest pains and was seen straight away. Put on ECG. Nurses were fabulous. This was on a Sunday morning. I felt very stressed but the staff calmed me down. The wait for a doctor was a bit long but was ok in the end. Clean and tidy. Extremely helpful nurses.

Pointless waste of space

Thank you to Trowbridge Community Hospital for first class service when I went for an orthopaedic physio appointment recently. From the friendly welcome at reception, to the lady who popped in and out of the waiting room to make sure we were all ok to Jess Brisdon the physio who made me feel so relaxed and positive about my treatment. Such a great team!

Had to attend minor injuries unit today. All staff from receptionists ,nurses and x-ray were very friendly and efficient. I was seen quickly and very happy with treatment plan. Thankyou to all staff.

Great staff who work hard and get the job done! It's a shame that,like all small local hospitals,there isn't always everything available so you end up having to transfer to RUH. Can't fault the staff or the care you receive here at all, 2 of my daughters were born here the maternity ward is lovely and peaceful a real nice place compared to bigger,busier hospitals

It's not a real hospital. Anything above flu is sent to RUH in Bath.

Wasted over an hour here to be told to call 111 for a doctor's appointment which was told were available if they needed to prescribe anything. Staff are a joke and clearly think everyone is a time waster.

I can't believe they changed their phone number.
