    This review is for the Severn Beach collection depot near Bristol and DHL operations as a whole. DHL Bristol have a well deserved low rating here. A truly unprofessional service in every sense of the word. Businesses take note! - I would strongly advise businesses not to use DHL as their partner. Delayed my delivery by over a week. Had no idea where my parcel is. Is it with the driver or is it at the depot? Re- arranging to collect from depot but the parcel is not there. Rearranging for home delivery and further delays ensue. When I contacted them, the parcel is now back at the depot. In the meantime, the website has not recorded any of the parcel journey and...wait for it....It still says that it is due to be delivered....on a date set in the past! This is the 2nd time my seller used DHL and I had a similar terrible user journey the first time as well. Maybe third time's the charm! But for now....still no parcel for me

    Came for an interview... Nobody answered, waited for 30 minutes. Cannot find a phone number anywhere (it's like companies don't want to talk anymore) after 30 mins I left. Thanks for wasting my fuel costs DHL!

    Staff were great at the depot, but disappointed I had to travel from the Forest of Dean to collect parcels as they kept stating they would deliver the following working day.... no point having a delivery service that does not deliver parcels

    I tried to collect my parcel from DHL at Saturday (50 miles In both directions) . They couldn't find my parcel and promised to delivery it Monday. But it didn't happen. The last time I expected a delivery with them it took them 3 days and 10 phone calls with customer service. Every time problems with DHL. I thought Evri and DPD are the worst, but compared to DHL are professionals.

    Really great experience. Just wanted to leave a review because I had such a good experience with picking up my parcel. It was initially delayed on delivery, which meant I couldn't pick it up before I left the county, so I made my way down to this depot in Bristol and they had the parcel! Honestly a life saver!! I saw someone here leave a eerily similar review to what I experienced, so it's not just a one off! Really impressed!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

    Parcel in the warehouse for 10 days. Eventually had to pick it up. "Oh yeah we have struggled with that post code". It's a standard area in the middle of Bristol. Not sure "struggling with postcodes" and distribution companies go that well together...

    My son ordered a parcel which was collected on 30/03/2021 and has been sat in the Bristol warehouse since 01/04/2021. The seller, my son and myself have all tried to get this delivered but to no avail. I have wasted a week of my holidays waiting in for this parcel. Myself and my son have spoken to people this morning who were both very unhelpful but I now can't get through as the shipping numbers are not recognised by the automated system, although they are on the website and were when I ran 15 minutes ago!! Totally disgusted by the customer service.

    No customer service, phone isn’t working, I went to two customer service points, first one is no longer available, second was closed 30 min before closing time. There is no way to contact DHL, I won’t recommend using them, in these case scenario what about if I don’t have a car how can I get my delivery??!?? Public transport more than 2 hours and no way back due to the fact late hours don’t have service over Bristol. Please make some changes as previous reviews/comments!!! I’m very very disappointed, all other delivery companies calls or sent SMS messages, I lost my entire day trying to contact you, maybe and the next day as well. Very very bad experience. I’ve used DHL in other countries and it was super!

    My first time using DHL for an international delivery and it was supposed to be picked up 6 hours ago. I've spent the last hour on live chat, Facebook and trying to get through on multiple phone numbers just to find out if my parcel is going to be collected today. I can't get through to anyone, and the only person I could get through to on live chat, who couldn't help me, was trying to up-sell me. If it's not collected by end of day (very soon) I will cancel the shipment as the lack of ability to get a simple question answered is alarming.

    Sensational customer service from DHL at Severn Beach this evening. I had sent a parcel to a ‘ServicePoint’ so I didn’t miss the delivery as it was urgent. Unfortunately the ServicePoint turned it away as they were full for deliveries!! So I received an email saying that the parcel was delayed. I called DHL customer services. So refreshing to be able to speak to an actual person who was really helpful with potential options but unfortunately it did seem like I wouldn’t be able to pick up the parcel up til 8am the next morning from the DHL depot, but this would have meant us not making our holiday - and disappointing 3 young children! (the parcel was roof bars for the roof box). She said that I should give it a try to pick up tonight before they closed at 8pm. Seeing the other reviews when I looked up where to go I had been a bit worried that this wasn’t going to be as easy as the lady made out… sure enough it wasn’t straight forward at all - but not due to any lack of customer service. In fact from the first lady I saw at the dept to my leaving I was treated with impeccable customer service! She explained that the lady shouldn’t have told me to come tonight as the van that had my delivery wasn’t even back at the depot and can take a while for it to be unloaded etc. I explained my situation and she immediately said ‘I’ll get my supervisor’ came back with Nick P, warehouse supervisor, who straight away was calming and was clearly intent on finding a positive resolution to this. Nick enlisted the help of a second man and within an hour I had my parcel and our holiday was saved. These two men are absolute assets to the company, I am very grateful to their friendly and professional work ethic.

    Absolutely shocking service they "lost" my parcel in December after trying to chase it up they claimed to have raised an investigation so I went back to the original sender and raised a claim and got a new one sent out and its happening all over again I have ALL screenshots of attempted deliveries and time frames stated by DHL and it looks like its going to get stolen sorry I mean "lost" again

    I will not be using dhl again as I had next day Delivery it did not turn up and I’m still waiting for this when I ring up with the shipment number the system cannot find The shipment number and there’s no way to talk to anyone one big joke DHL

    Had my parcel since 27dec supposed to be delivered on 29th December hasn’t left depot and they keep changing the tracking (I have screen shots) latest lies on tracking was to be delivered today yet again no delivery. Bunch of cowboys avoid at all costs ( they are just a service centre not actually DHL) Makes Hermes look like a professional company

    Haven't collected my parcel during 5 days after I'd paid for it! No one can answer when and who will collect. No one call me back during these days! Unbelievable how you still work in this business? Horrible service! DO NOT USE DHL for delivery!!!

    Terrible service, initial parcel received and has never left the depot, replacement item sent by the supplier same thing happened, item booked in but never left this depot for delivery. Can't talk to anyone, all customer service is behind a digital wall. Awful customer service!

    Consistently drivers cannot tell the difference between number 47 and number 49. Always deliver my parcels to crack head next door. Absolute clowns. I even put up notices and they must be blind

    DHL have delivered a parcel broken twice now delaying the works on my house. I've had to rearrange my plumber twice now. I've just come home to a DHL card wedged in my back gate even though someone has been home all day waiting for this parcel!!! The driver couldn't even be bothered to walk to the front of my house and ring the doorbell says it all about this rubbish company really

    Awful company. They sent me a Confirmation email telling me to collect my parcel.After driving several miles and going out of my way to collect my parcel, upon arrival I had a slow response and was told we don’t have it!!! They never sent me an email in between to warn me.Thanks dhl for wasting my time and petrol. I will never use you again.

    This is the worst possible choice as a delivery company... I had to deal with them twice and both times my parcel hasn't been delivered on the day they were supposed to deliver it and both times I had to go to their stupid depot to collect it myself as there's no chance I'll get my parcel otherwise... too bad I can't rate them -5 stars DHL are the worst

    Had a perfectly perfunctory experience here dropping off parcels to be delivered. Once I'd found the right place that is! Didn't seem like there's enough staff onsite to be as efficient as you'd probably expect, but then these are bonkers times so they might not be able to provision that many. Not entirely sure why other people are dumping on them with quite such ferocity though.

    Very mixed feeling about these guys! My package was held at the depot because the address label only had our business name and our postcode on it. Putting this into Google would instantly give the rest of the address details, so no excuse for not delivering. They never called me or the sender to seek the missing details! I agreed to pop to their depot and pick it up, as I was really desperate for this component now. The evening staff couldn't find it, told me it was lost or had been sent back to the sender, although all their tracking info showed it to be at their depot still. The evening staff were useless and rude, until I got their night shift supervisor who was far more helpful and polite. He was unable to instantly sort the problem, but gave me the direct number and name of the guy to speak to in the morning, who found the package straight away and handed it to the next driver for delivery that day. So, to sum it up: Terrible system of work and service at the begining, but very professional and satisfactory resolution from the management. Main thing to take away from this: Don't be fobbed off by the regular staff, ask for the supervisor/manager!

    Very bad service. My parcel on hold when I have fill in all the paperwork online. Now after 6 days contacting by email to tell me something wrong…. Tried to email back ….. no reply to my emails or anyone to help. Now I don’t know anything about my parcels!!!!

    Useless service Made several mistakes and delayed my delivery by more than a week. Tracking on website not accurate and seems to be changed by local depot to make the numbers look better.

    3 times our parcel has been on the van for delivery, but no delivery attempt has been made and its been returned to the depot. Give one star because i cant give less So far waited 4 days for a next day delivery. After 5 days, and the senders involvement we receive an hour time slot, and the parcel arrived with in the time frame.

    Shocking service, parcel has been out for delivery last 2 days and surprise, it didn't come. Yesterday I rearranged it to be delivered today specifically and it's currently 10.42am, not out for delivery yet, so chances are it's not coming today either. No direct phoneline to the depot so can't speak to anyone. I've been debating on just choosing collect at service point now but can't even collect it until the next following day. Awful. Quick update, as of 3.18pm, the tracking has now updated to "We're sorry but the delivery of your consignment has been delayed. Please contact your sender for further information." Is this a joke? They even somehow altered the tracking journey and erased the fact I had requested it to be delivered today. Looks like they've lost the parcel at this point. I can't even request to pick it up anymore and sender is saying give it another day. Please find my parcel and just deliver it: 31512610680502 12/09/2022, still not delivered and can't get ahold of anyone to get it moving. Basically holding my parcel. Do I have to go to the depot and cause a scene to get what I paid for?

    Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been waiting a week so far for the next day delivery I paid for. Four times they’ve delivered to a pay point that won’t accept it and each time I’ve requested they delivery to my home address and they continue to deliver to the pay point who won’t accept it. It’s complete madness! Still not received it and I’m going out of my mind. Complete lack of care.

    Slavery nothing else than slavery and thief's I was working with them only for a night and when they tell me what hour rate is I disnt came for second day and they decide to disnt pay me for one night iant much as is around 80 pund earn but they dodnt pay me even this. Most weirdest company I ever work and this is first company in UK that they rob money from me
