Sensational
customer
service
from
DHL
at
Severn
Beach
this
evening.
I
had
sent
a
parcel
to
a
‘ServicePoint’
so
I
didn’t
miss
the
delivery
as
it
was
urgent.
Unfortunately
the
ServicePoint
turned
it
away
as
they
were
full
for
deliveries!!
So
I
received
an
email
saying
that
the
parcel
was
delayed.
I
called
DHL
customer
services.
So
refreshing
to
be
able
to
speak
to
an
actual
person
who
was
really
helpful
with
potential
options
but
unfortunately
it
did
seem
like
I
wouldn’t
be
able
to
pick
up
the
parcel
up
til
8am
the
next
morning
from
the
DHL
depot,
but
this
would
have
meant
us
not
making
our
holiday
-
and
disappointing
3
young
children!
(the
parcel
was
roof
bars
for
the
roof
box).
She
said
that
I
should
give
it
a
try
to
pick
up
tonight
before
they
closed
at
8pm.
Seeing
the
other
reviews
when
I
looked
up
where
to
go
I
had
been
a
bit
worried
that
this
wasn’t
going
to
be
as
easy
as
the
lady
made
out…
sure
enough
it
wasn’t
straight
forward
at
all
-
but
not
due
to
any
lack
of
customer
service.
In
fact
from
the
first
lady
I
saw
at
the
dept
to
my
leaving
I
was
treated
with
impeccable
customer
service!
She
explained
that
the
lady
shouldn’t
have
told
me
to
come
tonight
as
the
van
that
had
my
delivery
wasn’t
even
back
at
the
depot
and
can
take
a
while
for
it
to
be
unloaded
etc.
I
explained
my
situation
and
she
immediately
said
‘I’ll
get
my
supervisor’
came
back
with
Nick
P,
warehouse
supervisor,
who
straight
away
was
calming
and
was
clearly
intent
on
finding
a
positive
resolution
to
this.
Nick
enlisted
the
help
of
a
second
man
and
within
an
hour
I
had
my
parcel
and
our
holiday
was
saved.
These
two
men
are
absolute
assets
to
the
company,
I
am
very
grateful
to
their
friendly
and
professional
work
ethic.
