Pugh's Food Hall is a lovely store to buy a variety of different foods and drinks. I have rated my experience a 4/5 purely because the staff working were a tad judgmental for no apparent reason. If you can get over the service the shop is lovely. Yes, some items are priced high but I feel it is justified as a lot of the items they sell you won't be able to find in your local supermarket. They have a large variety of chocolates, fresh pastries and cheese with free tasters available. A lovely selection of fresh veg, honey and jams. They sell a lovely selection of Welsh beers and IPA's. Overall, I love to visit every now and again for something unique, I would just take a pass on the service.

Overpriced mediocre offerings. Plus they are with the woke brigade with their gender bender toilets. Won't be back pervs!

A huge variety of wines, cheese, cakes, breads, biscuits jams and chutneys. There's also a butcher, delicatessen, beautiful pick your own chocolates and frozen ready made meals etc. A small cafe too! They also do a selection of hampers. Great place for that extra something special.

A lovely place to meet for coffee and brunch. Really great coffee and I had the smashed avocado on sourdough with chilli jam, chilli oil and a poached egg. It was so tasty. The carrot cake was pretty good too.

A beautiful shop selling a wide variety of luxury food and drink, a lot of it local to Wales. Fabulous hot chocolate and decent coffee and cakes at the café too, but they really need to improve the seating area. I feel that both the indoor and outdoor space fail to live up to the atmosphere of the shop - cramped, basic, and not particular enough about cleaning down tables after use. I didn't want to linger. Fab as a takeaway though

Some really lovely, tasty produce. Thoroughly enjoyed the butchers, and various nibbles we acquired. Will be going back for sure, rated 4 stars purely as the parking is the only let down. Lots of spaces, but they're narrow and subsequently tight. It's a minor gripe, but worth pointing out for busy periods where spaces are a premium.

Great please indeed. Not just the garden center there's a small amount of shops within a very short distance as well. Great service awesome place to go

Good store, only thing to say is the custard slices have been reducing in size for a couple years now. Can't justify buying them there anymore, too tiny.

Loads of farmer's market food ranging from fresh meat through deli food to artisan bread - we bought a delicious walnut bread loaf. Frozen foods - meals, vegetables and fruit - sold loose by scoops. Huge range of preserves and chutneys. Cafe when no Covid. A must visit venue!

The meat from the butchers is excellent. So good to have a traditional butcher who will arrange whatever cut of meat you ask for. Fabulous choice of chutneys, jams and garlic products in thr Food Hall.

This is a nice farm shop style place with a selection of fresh meats, a good deli counter, and a variety of luxury food items. It's not cheap but quality is good. It has good parking and there is a garden centre and other shops there too.

Lovely atmosphere. Lovely surroundings. The food and coffee was delicious. I love the smell in here of all the foods. Nice to finally be able to go to a cafe with my mum 😊

Not only is this place top dollar, but the male manager glares at you like he’s wondering why you are in his extraordinary emporium at all!. Truth is, it’s not an extraordinary food hall. Furthermore, .the mangers disdain has trickled down through his staff. Shockingly abrupt, terse and an uncomfortable shopping experience.
