I would not recommend shopping at City Furniture!! I went to the store to purchase a king size bed, and at first the sales agent was really nice and helpful, however they failed to let me know that the bed is bigger than a standard king size… a standard king size mattress is 76x80, and this bed is 78x84, which leaves a 4in gap between the mattress and the footboard! When I called the agent to complain, the person changed from the nice and helpful to rude and unsympathetic, saying that all beds are standard size and cannot do anything for me. After discussing for a little bit, another sales agent was brought in to the call, who confirm that the bed is bigger, and I should center the mattress to reduce the gap, which would leave me with smaller gap in both head and footboards! This also shows how unprepared and knowledgeable the agents are!! After complaining about I was informed that once the item is delivered/picked up, there are no returns/refunds! Do not shop here if you dont want to stress yourself! Still waiting for a response!!

Went to this location not really knowing what I wanted to start with for my living room. I was enthusiastically approached by Mr. Solis and he was very patient and knowledgeable of all the styles and options. After a few choices , he was able to help me chose the right fit for my home🤗 I was very satisfied with his customer service. Will definitely be back to have him help furnish the next room in my home!

Be aware of city furniture. Make sure you read your contract carefully. As they will tell you and sell you anything which is not true. We bought a bed at this location and turned into a nightmare. Not to mention the damaged goods we received and the lack of communication, refusal to take back what they had delivered, which was only half the bed. We waited 2 months for the other half. They will lie to you in regards to their credit offer and interest rate. It's all about them making money and selling you. Absolutely disregarding honesty and customer service. We will never do business with city furniture again.

My father bought the Keyson Crib set for me and my baby. He’s an associate at city furniture (Arnaldo Solís). Everything came in on time and the whole process was very smooth and professional. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were very attentive and knowledgeable on the product. I recommend city Furniture to friends and family and specially for them to see Arnaldo for any furniture needs they may have. I give city Furniture and Arnaldo five stars.

I made a purchase this past month through this location. Arnaldo took care of me and even took my calls several times in a single day as I was still deciding on what to get. After the delivery he still called to check on me if I was happy with my purchase. I’m very happy with this company and the quality of the items I received. I needed to get replacement legs for the bed base and even the repair tech they sent out was extremely professional and I received the replacement legs in just two weeks which I wasn’t expecting to arrive so fast. Arnaldo always followed up with me throughout the entire process. Outstanding customer service all around, I will definitely comeback in the near future.

Our salesman Carlos was amazing. So helpful and courteous. Even though we only bought 4 chairs, you would think we were furnishing a whole house. There should be more salesman like him. Very helpful.

I needed to swing through this store to pick out a mattress as my toddler has outgrown his crib and we converted it to its bigger size. The associates were so helpful explaining the different parts I needed and the 120-day mattress guarantee, I got a mattress, a bunky board, and a mattress protector -- everything was delivered fast and it was so easy! The showroom was also just remodeled and looks great with a ton of options.

We went to City Furniture with the intention of just looking at the Nomad dining table. Vivian H greeted us and offered to assist. She was very nice, telling me about a 3 yr, no interest loan promotion while leading us to the table. We LOVED the table but didn't care for the chairs it came with, so Vivian showed us around. She showed us a newer swivel, fabric dining chair that went well with the table and I loved. It was such a great experience, we decided to purchase the table & 8 chairs on the spot! I visited City Furniture about 3 weeks before making my purchase. I met Felipe who greeted us at the door, he was extremely patient with us showing us sectionals. Felipe checked in with me to keep me posted on sales, once I return he was once again very helpful explaining my purchase, warranty, delivery etc.

I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place. The furniture looks so good and affordable, I was surprised 😯. The salesman was very nice and so helpful, and to my surprise the manager was cruising around, and before we could seal the deal with the salesman she made sure that we understood to the very basic. And man, she's good at what she's doing 👍. Other places I went before made me feel like they just wanna get me into buying without fully understanding what I am getting into. Be very careful with city furniture, the very expensive prices deceive you and the furniture arrives damaged. when they put it together they do it wrong and you have the end that you put it together. I had to call mine and they sent me many damaged pieces and in the end I had to assemble it myself because they didn't send me anyone. horrible . soli I recommend you never buy there. the worst company in all. bad attention to the public. the drawers fall every time. They didn't even put that place, everything is a lie.

I think that my case is worth writing it because I believe I’ll be helping the business to improve services and other people to be aware of what are the expectation of buying furniture. I have being waiting for the products to be delivered since early February, it’s June now, 2 times the furniture were delivered and they were broken and in another time it was canceled. When they finally arranged a delivery for Sunday for only some of the items I order I couldn’t contact them to reschedule. The day after, my husband tried to contacted them and he was horrible attended over the phone because we “were not at the location for the deliver”. I think City Furniture definitely needs to improve customer service and plus they need to do something about their system or working process because it is not working. Very unsatisfactory service plus I still don’t have the furniture I need in my home.
