Was there Friday 03/18/22 for a freestyle concert it was my first concert I have ever been to and it will definitely be my first and last time at this place I paid for vip tickets for the experience of general admission the service was beyond horrible the servers were more worried about the tables of their friends and tables which they felt as if they would get a bigger tip I tried to contact them about my experience via Facebook and via phone but Noone has contacted me back

Went last weekend for a party, party was great but it was really warm in the pavilion itself. The only reason air was coming in was cause it’s partly an outdoor venue. But then I looked up and seen all the ceiling fans are going in the wrong direction. They’re all going clockwise. That’s the direction you put in the winter months. Either they do that on purpose (an old school technique to keep the place warm so the customers drink more) or just a simple mistake. Either way, there was no circulation of air in there, they need to have them go counter clockwise in the summer months. Just a FYI. Oh and we couldn’t figure out how to get back there, just got lucky by going thru the Branding Iron and figuring it out by chance. Bartenders were kinda blah, the bar backs were on point, hustling!

Went there for TKA, Julian Jumpin Perez, and Tim Spinnin Schommer! Had an absolutely great time. Was able to get pics w/all 3. Amazing! Also, there was a young lady dj who was great! Didn't catch her name... We were able to get to front stage area no problem. Security guards were surprisingly kind people, unlike most of Chicagoland area. They did their job, but were not a-holes. Dance floor was cool especially after having some drinks! Wish it were bigger. Drinks are super expensive. $5/shot. Maybe the going rate? Not sure. Bill came to over $400 for table of 8. Venue is very nice, great design! Unfortunately, caught covid there. Still recovering. Not their fault, country has become very lax about covid protocols lately. Four stars was due to restrooms. Was told that men's restroom gradually gained more and more vomit as the night went on. Not attended to throughout the night. People should be on that. Would def. go again, except, don't want covid again. This is miserable 😖

I am a new recording artist and the venue was clean, staff were amazing & our VIP lounge had all the amenities we needed. Plus, a security guard at our VIp room. Loved that it was an outdoor venue for the summer. Thank you for a memorable event! Nicky Nance

Edit: Adjusting my rating since the security was not yours. Appreciate the response. Look forward to visiting again. Great DJs, excellent bartenders and awesome environment, but it was entirely eclipsed by security. My only ask is they try to be a bit more welcoming and to brush off those hospitality skills a bit. Thank you for providing a venue close to the stadium for afterparties, it saved us a lot of time and money from having to Uber into the city each night.

Great atmosphere great setup amazing service.

Great summer place to see music.
