If you enjoy cooking shows this is the place for you. Smaller than most avg grocery stores - the selection is outstanding. You can stop a variety of food cultures (Latin & Carribean, Middle Eastern, Asian) that other chains simply don't cater to. Shop frequently to take advantage of their sales - that's where you find value. Recent trip scored Herbs d Provence for $4 normally $7, another trip scored pasta for $.89. Best part is this is a neighborhood grocer, they carry all the staples. Happy shopping!

I love Pete’s! Their fresh produce keeps me coming up with new dishes! The bright vibrant colors are gorgeous! The food and salad bar are not what you would find in the average grocery store. Walking into the store just gives me inspiration! All of the staff always greet you with a smile.

This is by far the worst Pete's I've been to. Quality control here is non existent. Multiple times I've looked at the fruit, strawberries In particular and they have been moldy. They have pre-made salads that have been sitting out for days and lettuce at the bottom is yellow and looks like it's rotten. This last time I bought yogurt and came to find out it was already expired when I bought it. Go the the Pete's in bridgeview on Harlem you will get much better quality products. I will drive twice as far to avoid this place when I can. Update As of 9/24 looks like the quality control hasn't been changed or they just don't care. Multiple cases of moldy strawberries on the shelves.

When Pete says Fresh means Really fresh…i love it!! Clean store and they providing ready to eat food as well …one stop shopping!! Parking often pretty tight but always has space for ur car!!

Has all the produce and meat selection I could ask for. Pretty good selection on that aspect. Unlike some big box retailers, they still believe in ringing up and bagging for their customers. This will never get old for me and it's appreciated dearly.

It was really nice, clean and organized. They have a wide range and selection of items. Their hot bar is nice. The people that work there are really nice and personable. I live in Phoenix AZ and have been there for a year and have not seen such a nice, clean and affordable srore yet. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Omg I went to this Pete's because I was in the area. I just came from the Dentist. I got a root canal. I need some soft cooked food. I got Bourbon Chicken, Collard Greens, Macaroni & Cheese, Corn Bread and Spicy Shrimp Vegetable Rice. The food was excellent. Cooked to perfection. It's a little pricey. That plate was 1.50 shy of 20.00. But you get what you pay for.

Fresh food. Clean store. They struggle with managing the checkout lines during peak and daytime hours. When I walk in, I usually check the lines first because I know they can typocally be an issue. Would be helpful if the hand baskets were kept at the entrance also. They have the entrance and exit separated now and makes it hard to go back to entrance to search for baskets or exit if I know I don't want to shop and wait in long lines.

Though the aisle space and parking are a little tight, the store is absolutely beautiful. Great selection (I found pork necks and tails for tomato gravy) and great prices...also, the house chorizo is top notch.

The environment is very chill, nice assortment of produce, specialty items, dry goods, beverages, and meats overall. customer service is homey. don’t forget to check the baked goods section my particular favorite of the fresh fruits.

Amazing selection of fresh meats, sausages, and cheeses! The deli is absolutely fabulous! If you get a chance stop here...you won't find a better produce and deli selection anywhere. The prices for the quality of food you get are unbeatable!!

I love this place anytime I visit Chicago and get my food from this store. They have a wide selection of all kinds of fruits and loaves of bread. I wish we do have like in Minnesota, and this store is very fresh food and clean store too.

They have pretty much the best cheese, veggie&fruit selection oh and meat of many of the places I've been. Great quality when i say that. It gets kinda crowded, but somehow you never wait long in line, love that. Parking is in the lot or street (free). Customer service is really spot on also, and check with the butcher, they have great info and can get you want you want.

3720 W. 95th Street, Evergreen Park. Plenty of parking. Located on 95th Street, easily accessible. Very clean store. Very positive atmosphere here. Great food. Great prices. The ready made hot food section is huge and a wide variety of meats, side dishes, and a Salad bar also. This allows you several great options while shopping here. Buy your uncooked meats, seafood etc. Take home and cook them to go with the hot ready made food items that you pick up from the food bar or purchase your entire meal, meats, sides, salad, etc here at the food bar and enjoy a great meal that you don't have to cook. $10 a pound! I believe this location doesn't sell alcohol? Not sure. But if that is the case then Benny's is located at 3447 W. 95th Street just a few blocks away. Check them out!

I love Pete’s especially the food bar. There is such variety of foods that are yummy, tantalizing and just juicy good. I love eating in the sit down area where I munch while watching TV. For me, that is heaven!

I love Pete's, mostly for their produce and meats. It's always fresh, and unlike some stores, they keep their food storage areas CLEAN. That means a lot to me. Pete's other groceries are pricey, though, so I shop elsewhere for those unless I'm only getting a few items. I will be so happy when the new Pete's at 87th & Kedzie opens. It's much closer to me.

Pete's hot prepared food is great! Various variety of selection to appeal to whole families. Prices are a bit high. Other than that its very convenient for busy people.

10-31-2023 Today I wanted some bread pudding, so I went to Pete's. I was not impressed today at all. The recipe has been changed and the raisins are smaller. I was totally disappointed, I won't be going back for those squares they cut up. It doesn't even look like bread pudding. FIX IT

I like this Pete's. It's up-to-date and usually have what I'm looking for. My Mom enjoys this Pete's as well. We like their cooked food and the organization of the store.

This place is all that you need to shop for your groceries, very fresh vegetables, bakery, buffet food, fast breakfast, cleaning home and laundry. I love its presentation on all its aisles. You can find great variety for your meals!!!
