Surprisingly enjoyed my visit today. My visit was at 730am. Although I didn’t expect it to be busy(hence why I went so early) it didn’t effect my visit. It was clean, spacious and an employee even asked if I needed help looking for anything (shocker)! That made me feel great!. It was a typical Walmart set up so I had no troubles locating my items. They have a subway inside of the location as well. I haven’t been here in years and I love the renovation I can see a major difference in the customer service. I stayed away for so many years due to the previous experiences with customer service however I’m glad to see it had changed. I had slot of item when checking out, the cashier didn’t complain or show any sense of aggravation. I helped bagged my items for a quicker transaction which I think everyone should help do this!

What a bunch of sad lazy people. All I needed to do was turn some change into bills. It was getting out of hand so I had to turn it in. Went to the Coinstar machine took care of it at the bottom of the receipt that came out of the Coinstar machine it said to see any cashier at any register to redeem. Because they only had two registers open the line was very long. So I waited. Everybody could clearly see I was holding a Coinstar receipt. When I finally got to the cashier she said she could not do it. It was probably because she had 6-in fingernails which probably made it very difficult for her to handle money. I noticed that they were taking anybody that was paying by cash off of her line and directing them to self-checkout. You may think this is to alleviate the line and congestion to allow for smoother transactions. I doubt that. The cashier directed me to customer service because she obviously could not do it. I know, counting out $70 would have been so difficult for her. She probably would have needed an abacus. When I got to the customer service I asked why it says to see any cashier at the bottom of the redeem ticket and the customer service person literally said I don't have an answer for you. This is the level of intelligence respect and help that I expect from lazy people who can care less about their job. I do not care what kind of job you have just take pride in it and do it correctly. Isn't it better to go home knowing you actually made people smile? The sad life we live in.

Typical Walmart. Busy store but relatively clean. There was an issue with my pickup order, but after speaking to customer service and the manager of the store, he quickly rectified the issue. Unfortunately, given the lively location, the items are often out of stock. They'll receive them in their next delivery, but you might have to make multiple trips to go there to get all of your items. Update 1 year later: Same as above, maybe more so about the items being out of stock.

It’s your typical Walmart. On this visit I was looking for hair care and office supplies. The hair care section was clean and well stocked. The office supplies section was being stocked during my visit but there were lots of empty spaces on shelves. The checkout experience was okay. I stood in line for self checkout but there was actually two self checkout sections and the other section had available registers but none of the employees were directing customers to the free registers. Once I noticed I walked over and checked myself out. The one thing that sets this Walmart apart from other Walmarts is its proximity to lots of good food, retail, and entertainment options in the Farmingdale/Melville area.

Two different times I bought crackers and cookies at Walmart and the bags were full of ants. I bought a box of saltines yesterday just opened the bag to find all these ants the bag is still sealed.

Ordered 12 38oz cans of mutti whole tomatoes and every single can was delivered dented. Walmart getting rid of their damaged stock to the public. Don't except this! Send it back. Don't be lazy

This store is well stocked and workers are very good in the isles. However when you go to check out its a different story. At 7:30 am, I could not get a cashier to open to check me out. I was forced to use the auto ck.out. Could not get a supervisor to help me when the machine malfunctioned and would not accept my cash. Poor customer relations at the management level.

I went to this physical store because I had such a horrible experience with Walmart's web page. Their is no clear direction as to where any of the departments are. I asked 3 employees none of whom spoke English. One of them looked me up and down then physically lead me to the men's department. I was looking for men's winter coats / outerwear. There was absolutely nothing. What they did have was paltry and seasonally inadequate. Can I share the horrible experience that I had with the website? In the search bar I type in men's winter coats. I get sneakers and I scroll down and I get women's athletic wear. So I type in men's winter outerwear. There is about 6 items on the visible part of the page. Of which I am interested in 2. The model's wrists are sticking out of the coat sleeves. I pick on an image that is to show me this coat in a different color; the site gags and then shows me women's athletic wear. I retype my search and get back to the mens outerwear. This time it let's me look at the different colors. I like what I see. I get to a page where they explain how to measure yourself. I am concerned about the models wrists sticking out of the coat sleeves. I am thinking that I should order 2 sizes one that I think that I am and a larger size as I may be that size. I go back to the mens winter outerwear page, oh it just forgets that is what I am looking for so I am forced to retype it every time. I finally get back. I want to see the 2nd coat. I will buy both. But I get women's athletic wear! I try to go back and I get sneakers. That is when I am fead up with this waste of my time and deside to drive to the store only to find it to also be a hugh waste of my time. Fix this mess! I am ready to purchase 2 coats NOW, that's how men buy. The fact that you would show me sneakers and women's athletic wear repeatedly and force me to retype my search criteria over and over when I want to make a purchase NOW is beyond getting in the way of the deal. Men's means mens. Fix this mess!

This is a massive store. New. Clean and very modern. Plenty of self checkout lanes and staff to help. I was able to get everything I needed without having to make another stop. An item had no price which was slightly inconvenient but the issue was resolved. Plenty of valentines items so now is the time to stock up. The oversized items were different and great for a party. Teddy's peanut butter is the best!

This was the Biggest Walmart I'd ever been in. The staff members I asked question to were very nice.

This store is terrible. They have 3 self checkout registers that the customers are not allowed to use. Their friends seem to be the only ones that are allowed. The registers are 14,15 and 16. I guess they are waiting for a fight to start before they allow the customers to use them. Not acceptable at all. Management needs to do a better job at managing their employees and the store. I'm still waiting on line. More than 30 minutes.

Get here early. They open at 6 am. I am handicapped so I need a parking space close to the building and a motorized cart. Believe me, you won't find either past 8 am. That being said, my trips here are always planned for early morning. They have almost everything I'm looking for. I come here primarily for the groceries, but it's nice that they have everything else, too. The prices are pretty good, but like anything else, you would be well advised to know your prices. Some items here are expensive compared to other local stores.

I spontaneously went into the super Walmart today, and during self check out, I realized, I left my Walmart credit card at home. The store representative “Leonardo” and his coworker(a female, possibly his supervisor) were so patient with and kind to me. They showed me how to pay for my groceries, with my Walmart credit card via my cell phone. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

It’s a huge Walmart. International food, fresh vegetables and fruit in Addition to frozen food. The only problem is waiting on line. It will be great to have extra cashiers for such a big place.

This review is solely for the order and pick up department, I ordered 6 Dove body wash and 6 secret deodorants. I picked up my order after I left work, had the worker put my order in my car, when I arrived home and was packing my things away I realize one can of the deodorant was EMPTY, I had to drive back 7 miles to get an exchange. It doesn't take rocket science to know that the spray can was EMPTY yet still they still fulfilled my order with that can knowing dam well it was being used.

Very nice like all Walmart stores. The Security is overzealous and combative. With respect ,foreign to New York, African Americans. Biased and can be very rude. Makes some people want to introduce them to New York properly. Personal experiences with them. Otherwise. This store is awesome. Restaurants across the street, movies.

June 12,2022 at 1021 am Amd they almost never have raspberry ice tea , the toy car section is a mess and empty most of the time they never stock it back Saturday or Sunday all gone off the racks

Lately I have been cashing my paychecks at their money center. I did not know that they had this and I absolutely love it. It is so quick and convenient and cheaper than the check cashing place it's only $1 to cash your paycheck. I usually see the same woman when I'm there and she is great very helpful, polite, courteous n def professional.

This place is huge. This location has a lot of merchandise to the point that they look like they needed more room. I found everything I needed. There weren't many cashier's but self check out was available and moved about quickly. I will say their customer over the phone could use improvement. I called prior to going for assistance and I was unable to speak a representative but luckily I took the chance to go and found what I was looking for.

This Walmart has so much more inventory than the one closer to me. For the most part, the store was still well put together despite going later at night. The line went quickly for checkout. Prices are great.

Shelves empty. Isles have huge carts with products to be put away. Hard to move through isles due to this. Long wait line to scan your own items. Always low on products. Long wait line to leave after scanning your own items they must Nat sure you haven’t stolen anything. Never come to Walmart for quick stops. It’s never quick. Your in a rush pay extra at stop and shop or other supermarkets and you’ll get in and out.

Recent renovation with extension makes this a better location to shop in. Availability of many items compared to other nearby Walmarts. Fast checkouts, especially self checkout. A lot of parking available. Update (04/2023): Online order and pickup was great at this location. Drive up to the online pickup area then park in one of the designated lane or parking spot. Notify that you're at location for pickup via mobile app or calling listed phone number. Customer service employee brought my order promptly. Mobile app makes it very easy, quick, and efficient. Will need to use your own (reusable) bags for items purchased via online order for pickup.

Always very busy in here and at the pick up on the side. The perishable department looks very nice, like it's brand new. But of course I love coming here to pick up my waters.

Where do I start!? I was in walamrt looked like a zoo and a mess all over the place! Guess what I saw last night was two guys had a cart full of stolen items such as ipads and other things. They were stuffing them down their pants and and shirts and leaving quickly when I told one of the employees and she was laughing not believing how this is happening and not sure if she told manger. There was no security guard at the exit like what the hell is going on?!! Letting people a steal stuff and not get caught.?!! I was on the break of tears of how devastating this is! This is no FAKE REVIEW! I have no words at all.

Shopping here is always an adventure. Deals vary, clearance racks chock full today. Not too crowded despite good weather. Plenty of parking when we arrived, filled up pretty quickly. More self check out registers than staff.
