I’ve been a patient of Vital Dental of Bayside for several years now. And, without hesitation, I can honestly say that every experience there has been wonderful. Whether you see Lori, the hygienist, or either Dr. Spiro or Dr. Vickie, you’re treated with empathy and compassion. Margarita, the office manager, is always very accommodating and makes scheduling and billing easy. Experience matters and I can’t imagine ever needing to see anyone else. Looking forward to my next visit.

My family and I are very please with their services. Even in emergency cases they always make time to accommodate us. The office is always clean and ready when we arrive. Dr. M and Lori and Sam are hands down the best in my opinion. Always explaining whats happening so there are no surprises during the visit. Very pleased with my last visit.

I’ve been going to Vital Dental for nearly 10 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The team takes great care in the dental exam and cleaning process, working to understand my habits at home and identifying ways I can improve my day-to-day oral hygiene. They are so attentive, that on several occasions they have noted a medical issue (non dental) ages before my doctors, namely related to chronic gastrointestinal upset. During each visit I am grateful for the warmth and kindness of the staff. Despite now living nearly an hour away I continue to go to Vital Dental as the comprehensive care the team offers is second to none.

What can I say about this office? Dr. Mavromatis is an amazing dentist. Her care and knowledge is unmatched. She understands my needs and makes me feel comfortable every time I step foot in the office. Between the front office management with Margarita and Lori as my hygienist everyone is so helpful and friendly, I can't wait for my next visit! Highly recommend.

Dr. Mavromatis herself is incredibly skilled and puts me at ease during my appointment. The office is always clean. I can't recommend Dr. Spiro at Vital Dental of Bayside strongly enough. He has been my dentist ever since I was a child. Now working for DSNY, I have the option to see a dentist on my plan but choose to pay the difference and continue to see Dr. Spiro. He and his friendly staff work well together, making every visit comfortable. Don't walk, run to the phone and schedule your next appointment at Vital Dental.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. From easily making the appointment, to filing our forms and to an extremely thorough cleaning and check up, I couldn’t be happier! Office staff was so nice and welcoming. Office was very clean. Highly recommend.
