Excellent friendly customer service great staff , very clean location .Bagels are fresh and good assortment of cream cheeses. There are a few tables to enjoy your bagle with your coffee ☕. Other items available to order on there menu, there is no parking lot only curb side parking. I recommend this place to others 👌 👌

I ordered Lox bagel (The Works) today w/ spinach and they made it to PERFECTION!! I’m pregnant and was craving a lox bagel and they seem to be the only place that made it with all the ingredients I like and they did not disappoint!!! My first time ordering from them and I will be a returning customer 😋 *I would’ve took a picture but I ate it too fast 😅*

our coworker and I ordered 3 sandwiches and out of the 3, tow were made incorrectly. We called to advise them of their error and the person who took the order tried to argue with us and say that we were lying. he asked us to bring back the food but unfortunately we couldn't because we were at work and he then proceeded to say "So then what do you want me to do". He carried an unpleasant attitude throughout the whole phone call and did not try to correct the mistake. Unfortunately i will not be ordering from this place any longer if the company feels that it is ok to have employees who have no empathy towards customers. I will also share my experience with my colleagues who work in the new NYU building on franklin ave so they can avoid dealing with this type of service.

They have become my favorite bagel shop in long island. The staff there are all incredibly hard working. What i love about the system they use when ordering is that the person taking your order is also the same person who will be making your order and checking you out. This system gets you in and out and since it's not a game of telephone, your order is always accurate. No matter how busy they are, the system really works to ensure quickness and efficiency. I go here at least 3 times a month to stock up on bagels for my family. These bagels hold up well. I usually wrap them and freeze them and they taste just as fresh baked whenever we eat them. Thankfully consistency in quality here is top priority, making it a to go favorite for my family.

It is my "go to" spot for breakfast when I'm in the neighborhood. I always get an egg and cheese sandwich there. The service and food are great.

Bagel Boss wasn’t cutting it for me anymore. Drove down from Carle Place and boy am I glad I did. No exaggeration this place served me the best bagel I ever had. I will be back! 5*

Great tasting bagels and very kind employees. I went here twice- once for breakfast and once to pick up a bake sale order. More recently, the order of mini bagels for a morning bake sale was perfect- bagels were sliced and gave us a tub of cream cheese. Will definitely be returning with my family. Thank you so much!

Ordering service for Uber employees on weekends is poor; You have to wait up to 20+ minutes for your order, which in our opinion is not acceptable, I ask management to pay attention to this and assign another person to prepare orders.

Its a good spot but if you are in a time crunch avoid during breakfast time. I just waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. You know what I got? A bagel with butter. Its frustrating cause you wait your time and you know mistakes happen. However the lady who took my order decided to tackle on 2 separate orders at the same time. She couldn't multitask and I ended up with a buttered bagel.

If you want a Great Bagel, a great egg sandwich, and a fabulous apple turnover... This is the place. I'm not going out on a limb saying that their other dishes are likely just as good.

Good bagels. Especially egg, plain, multi grain, everything bagels and Lox scallions cream cheese is absolutely delicious!!

After visiting the Floral Park location for years we moved and now have the fortune of having another one near us in Garden City! Delicious place that's clean and the staff is friendly and works hard. Just finishing my bacon egg and cheese on an everything as I type this!

A great place with many different varieties of bagels, muffins, croissants, cream cheese, and more. Had the covert wrap and bee sting sandwich (made with apple wood smoked bacon and Mike's hot honey) and they were amazing and awesome! Oh my goodness does this place know how to make a breakfast sandwich or what....Not sure how they do it but I get the same consistency every time I go there, an amazing sandwich. The staff is very patient and pleasant. This is easily one of my most favorite places to get breakfast on any day of the week.

Best bagels hand down. I order from them literally every Saturday morning for me and my coworkers. Even better is now they have online ordering and that makes life so much easier. Bagels are so good. Always fresh and delicious.

Amazing. The lady with the black hair at the register was very nice and they took care of my pick up fast. They took care of me even though it was so busy I didn't wait long, they have a lot of hard working staff. Quality food!!

Easy parking if you are driving. The place is small and does get very cramped and crowded. Ordered bagel with lox "The Works" and a hot tea. It was very delicious for a breakfast meal.

Went there because they were just voted best bagels on Long Island. To me the bagels are in my top 10, I don't feel they are the best. They are really good, try them and you decide.

Nice neighborhood bagel place. Large verity of cream cheese and bagels. They also offer wide range of breakfast items and coffees. I had everything bagel with veggie cream cheese with chopped tomatoes and cucumber and it turned out to be delicious.

It’s hard to go get takeout when you have three young kids at home, so today, for the first time I decided to order bagel delivery. This place had the most reasonable prices on Ubereats. Can I say, I am totally happy and impressed. It had options to scoop out!!!!!!! I fell in love from there. I’m a diabetic so the extra carbs from bagels do not help so you can say I was very happy with this. Yes I know I could write it in but still. I got a special and it was messy but phenomenal! My kids complained about too much cc but that shows me this place does not skimp. If I didn’t get scooped option on mine, i definitely would’ve ripped my mouth open trying to bite into it. I’m from queens so it’s been very difficult to find a bagel shop that comes close to NYC taste since I moved here. I am so happy I found this place. It’s kid approved too. You guys have found a forever customer!

Great bagel, fresh cream cheese. Line can be a little long but we'll worth it. Enter through back of building as that is where the line starts. Has a good selection of breakfast and lunch items. Also has a variety of coffee and tea drinks.
