Always very peaceful out here. The drive is worth it to see a beautiful view.

Has an island in the middle of the lake that looks pretty cool. Lilly pads on the west side of the island. Half of the lake is fairly shallow (less than 5 feet) and has a ton of vegetation. Saw a few snakes from the boat and witnessed someone catch a crappie near the dock. Did some magnet fishing and pulled out some cool tackle. A lot of trees in the water.

The lake is nice. But the bass and other fish need better habitat..the large mouth bass were almost white, and had almost no lateral lines.. Missouri conservation need to clean up the water.. the trash cans were over flowing and the bathrooms were disgusting..

By far my favorite local lake. Even if I don't catch anything, it's nice to just spend the day watching the ripples of the wind across the water.

Great find while out of town working. Good parking and access, Overall really enjoyed this lake! Caught 4 largemouth all over 2lb!

Hazel Hill is quite basic but they have a dock. There are lots of crappie and bass but there isn't much activity anymore.

Nice boat launch area and dock. They have restrooms but they were not clean.

You need a job boat or kayaks/canoe to really get the full benefits of what lies beneath these georgous waters. However there is an fishing dock and places to fish from the bank. Crappie and Bass are prevalent and huge catfish if you know what to fish with
