Serenity is the best! I go every 4 weeks for acrylics and pedi and have a wonderful experience each visit. Acrylics & Pedi last me at least 4 weeks without chipping or wearing off. Online appointment booking is great and the check in process is smooth.

Unfortunately my service here was not great. My pedicure tech seemed very inexperienced, every single nail was a different length and polish was all over my skin. My gel manicure started lifting 3 days after on nearly every nail. Based on this I would not go back. But it seems if you get a few select technicians maybe they are more skilled? If I wasn’t out of town I’d return and hope they would redo at their expense.

Dirty filthy , horrid service! The Wonderful clean nail salon 💅 No longer! Now filthy, tools not cleaned, techs text while in the middle of service. Customer can’t ask or question techs without them because rude. Pedicure tubs not cleaned, only plastic bag removed. Germs , filthy, I shouldn’t have payed for my last service. I truly want my $90 back. Called shop, spoke to owners daughter inlaw ? Owner never followed through. The board of health should look into this shop, someone is going to get seriously ill.

I'm in the area for the week from Brooklyn and needed my nails done. Gina went above and beyond to not only make me feel comfortable but do an A+++++++ job on my nails. I will be crossing the bridge for my future needs. I couldn't be happier with not only my nails - but the kindness I received. I recommend everyone to come here!!

At least 1/2 a dozen people complemented my nails yesterday. They look & feel great. I spent my whole session chatting with another client there. It’s such a nice friendly place

Not impressed. Cute place, good location, butchered service. My tech had zero interest in the work, continued chit-chatting with colleagues and paying next to zero attention to the work being done, which resulted in a nasty cut. My nails are cut way too short in some places, zero symmetry to the nail size the way it was cut. I would try again with another tech and not a shot in hell I would use Vicki again.

I've been coming to Serenity for 4yrs now. Several salons closer to me, but they they are worth my trip. Rima is my tech, and she is terrific. Pretty quick, always what I want, and in 4yrs I have NEVER broken a nail! Also, excellent pedicures from her. My feet always feel wonderful afterwards! Tina, Tina, Tina!

Facilities and equipment were fine, but service was not so great. In the end I did get my nails done as I paid for but the journey was half you know what. My tech slapped on lotion and did not massage it in for example. I feel if you were going to call yourself a serenity spa, you really shouldn't skip on relaxing details like this.

I just started going there and absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly. Clean and neat place. Nina never disappoints.

Just started to go to Julie for gel manicure & last visit also wax eyebrows. My neighbor friend referred me. Julie is sweet, quick, does a perfect job & it lasts several weeks. Happy to say I have my new go to girl, Julie!!!Thank you!!!😉🥰

Went here with my sister-in law before my wedding for a manicure and pedicure and they came out perfect!

Nancy did an absolutely fabulous job as always I'm so glad she's back from vacation my nails and I missed her...

Very unhappy. The first two days it looked amazing..now 7 daysater I have chips in 8 nails!! 65 dollars for a hard dip shouldast much longer. Will never go.back
