I’m not sure why I put Botox off for so long, but so glad my husband found and booked an appt for me at Prime MD! Every staff member I have met has been wonderful, super friendly and very informative. I saw Emily and will probably from now on only trust Emily:) She made me feel very comfortable, the process was painless and she was very informative with what to expect. I reached out to her on IG shortly after with a question and she answered me (on a Saturday :)). The follow up went great as well. I will continue to go to Prime MD. So happy I found them!

I had a consult with Angela and 4 months later (today, I had CO2 laser resurfacing. Angela is knowledgeable, and she explains everything in complete detail. She is a treasure trove of information, and she is an expert in her field. My laser treatment was not painful, and it was not uncomfortable. Angela performed it efficiently. She explained everything before and during the treatment. The after care instructions were complete and easy to understand. The laser is essentially painless. The numbing cream that was applied to my face and neck upon my arrival worked wonderfully. The protocol includes everything to ensure your comfort and an excellent outcome. An ice mask is applied immediately to reduce any discomfort (I felt none) and swelling (to be expected ). I highly recommend Angela and PrimeMD. The facility is conveniently located with ample parking, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. I can’t wait to see the results! Photos show numbing cream applied, ice pack, and approximately 20 months post procedure.

I received VirtueRF treatment several days ago. I was nervous, to say the least, as I always am prior to any type of procedure. The staff was extremely professional, kind and reassuring every step of the way. They made me feel relaxed and very comfortable throughout my treatment. Sarah is so knowledgeable about skin care. I recently went off birth control so my skin is freaking out and I’ve been really discouraged but I saw her for a facial and she did an amazing job and got a ton of congestion out of my face and then gave me a skin care plan to keep me clear. Emily ROCKS! She is so sweet and caring and definitely puts you at ease. I received the C02 and was super nervous. If she moves out of the country, I'm following her!! Lisa was working the front desk and so pleasant, friendly and amazingly beautiful. She found me a blanket to help comfort my nerves. Brook was extremely patient with me, taking my payment and scheduling my next appointment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. ♥️

I’ve been getting tox since I was 25. I’ve seen many providers over the years, in seven different states, but Emily is top tier. She was VERY thorough, gentle, incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve already signed my husband and sister up to see her. She’s my go to recommendation in NC. She’s also got a little shrine to Dolly in her room, so you KNOW she’s an awesome person. Love that PrimeMD carries ZO Skin Health and Skinbetter, along with some of my other fave lines. I had an all around fantastic experience and will definitely be going back.

Emily is 💯 the best and is one of the most kind and caring people I’ve ever met! I’m in my lower thirties and had never had Botox before. She made me feel/look like I was in college again and I am forever grateful! The room is so inviting as well and doesn’t feel like a doctor’s office. She is very professional and is an expert at what she does! I felt very comfortable and it was an enjoyable and painless experience. I had a hydrofacial by Sarah just yesterday. She explained each step which I appreciated. Afterwards my skin glowed and was so clean!! I also appreciated that she asked what products I was currently using, which she said were good, and once I’d completed using them she would recommend even better products for my skin. I loved her and she was great! Tech Neck massage was a happy treat!!

I have had several Asthetic procedures done at this facility, and I have consistently found them to be professional and friendly. The results of my procedures are fantastic. Emily really listens to what I want to achieve. I trust her that her skill level is the best that is available in the industry. The other staff are always upbeat and helpful, from the front desk to the billing department, I've always been treated with kindness, concern, and compassion. I highly recommend this business.

I never had a doctor who cared enough to correct blood/hormone levels within my body entirely. Dr Joe wants your body to perform and stay at its best. Combing through every panel will tweak daily habits. He has helped redirect and get both mine and my wife back on track. There is no generic plan for everyone, but he takes time to personalize each patient's regimen. We haven't experienced any external treatments at Prime MD, but Dr. Joe has done a great job re-aligning everything internally to get our bodies back performing as they should!

Angie is the best injector in the area. The office is a clean kept environment with friendly staff and amazing esthetic treatments from medical grade skin care, Botox and fillers, and laser treatments. Angie is very knowledgeable and provides a comfortable experience while explaining the process. She is someone you can trust and is excellent with helping you achieve your goals. Sarah is an awesome esthetician and can provide you the best customized skin care routine. She provides a medical grade experience while creating a relaxing atmosphere.
