Me and my boyfriend were visiting family this past weekend in Greensboro. He has lived here before and knows of some places to hang out. We came to Gate City Billiards 3 years ago and enjoyed ourselves. This time was the same. Pool tables as far as the eye could see, music and a full bar. They have some microwaveable snacks, but also have a deal with Marco's pizza for discounts and free delivery. Courtney was our bartender and was great! Super friendly and helpful. Wish we had a place like this in Central Georgia! We will see you next trip.

One of the best pool rooms I've been to on the east coast.. excellent assortment of tables with 4.25" and standard 4.5" pockets.. felts excellent on all tables.. I saw a lot of plaques on the wall where The Pearl played out of years ago.. I decided to move here so I'm very close, I very much enjoyed there atmosphere, people excellent bartenders.. There extremely trustworthy, as I was not to bright when I left my cue case with thousands worth of equipment and someone actually turned it right in!😁 .. good people are still out there sometimes you find them in places you might not think .. Great Room, Great People and Pretty dam good Prices ! Looking forward to training there to get back in to competition shape.. 3+ years off to take care of a dying loved one.. but I'm back and I think I'm in the right place! Go shoot here, it's just a fantastic room for anyone from beginner to pro!

We came in town for a rock festival that ended up cancelled. We are pool players so I called around to see if there were any tournaments in town and Courtney informed me they had a 9 ball tournament and they were a 2 minute walk from our hotel. So we decided to go and we’re very happy we did. Courtney the bartender was so nice!! Remembered our names right off the rip. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come here often if we lived near by. Thank you for the kind hospitality and for welcoming us in your pool world.

Tables are very well kept. They have cameras installed to watch tournaments live. Decent prices and used and new cues and accessories . Now here why I have then 3 stars. The bar staff is the most unfriendliest lot of seen in a while. Their air of arrogance is enough to make you never want to step foot in this place again. They ignore the patrons. Nothing worse then having to feel like you need a giant neon flashing sign thst says can I please have a drink before I thirst to death. Ask while

Went there tonite for 1st time, it's a great place, nice ppl, perfect tables. 10ft is 12 a hr and 10 a hr for other, that's not bad at all. Me and brother will come back it'd now fav spot..only 44min away from us..

Seemed like a really cool place, but they were packed and didn't have a table open.

Love this place. Nice diamonds. Enough tables for league and practice. I play a lot and it's one of my go to places when I'm on the road.

Went on a date here today with my fiancee. It had been a while sine I visited this establishment, but it was all still very well maintained and the staff was friendly. I'll be returning soon!

Here on business and was looking for a place to just relax and have a beer. Great place, Courtney at the bar is very friendly and already knows what I drink and made me feel at home. It's fun sitting back and watching all the pool players and some damn amazing shots. I'm not a big pool player but the tables look great and I guess they have frequent tournaments. The outdoor patio is nice as well with plenty of seating.

I did not eat food . I came to shoot pool on a beautiful Brunswick 9 foot table. The place was packed with league players but I had no problem getting a table.

My bf, myself n my son n his wife went here for the first time today. Great experience, bar tender was super nice/sweet. We most definitely will be going back

Great service. Very nice bartenders. Good atmosphere. Plenty of pool and darts. The prices are pretty reasonable too for drinks but no food. That's the only downfall

Absolutely love coming here! Such a great atmosphere and the drink prices are reasonable, with different monthly specials every month. The bartender Courtney is always so great and very welcoming anytime i decide to stop by. Even when they are slammed packed or slow she always delivers the best service! Definitely one of my favorite bars to visit!

Bartender must of had some personal issues going, seemed she didn't want to be there. Rude and uninviting. Other Bartender was good. If the one was the only Bartender, I'd never go back

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will never go back here, staff are miserable and racist. The black hair, short white girl with tattoos, needs a rise she's miserable lol.

Good bar. One of the women that bartends there is incredibly nice and has a wonderful personality. It can get extremely busy, and most of the players there are pretty serious. Good bar, good selection.

Consistently the best tables in town. Lots of leagues, weekly tournaments, and friendly staff.

We were looking to play pool while in the area. We came across this place on Google. We had a very good experience. The tables looked new, the cues were in excellent condition. They had ping pong, darts, etc. Courtney the bartender was very informative about the tournament they had going on that evening. We will go back to play in it. The bathrooms were spotless. It was a well kept and friendly place for sure!

Stopped by here to play a few games before heading back to Fayetteville. Nice place, lots of good tables. I played a few games with a guy I’d never met before, very welcoming environment. Definitely coming back when in the area.

Plenty of tables, it was quiet and only a handful of people playing. It has a small bar area. Pleasant experience and planning on going back.

Very clean and the tables are professional and the space between them is nice, so you don't have to bump into anyone who is playing at the next table.

I had fun there. The place is clean along with the pool tables. It was quiet in there when I visited the establishment. Also everything is beautifully organized.
