Please take me off your email list I don't stay there. Stop sending me emails thank you. I give this place no stars. They kept giving me the run around. They lied to may face saying the apartment was ready blaming it on the person who suppose to inspect the apartment. I went by there and the door was unlock it was trash in the living room the kitchen floor had paint on it the first bathroom didn't have a toilet and they had trash everywhere in both bathrooms. They didn't put up any smoke detectors. The bedrooms was the only thing that was ready. The refrigerator and toilet was outside on the patio. I say stay away from that place they are lies and not a good company

I don't recommend this place at all I've put 5 requests in to get my tub, AC, and bug problems fixed but so far nothing. Pool hasn't been opened in God knows how long. We have to pay for services that aren't even done. Vallet trash isn't even done since my building is close to a trash spot but I still have to pay. The pest control is complete garbage. I've had to throw away my couch, TV, Dreeser, and PS5 all because of the roach infestation. Can't eat or sleep since these are literally EVERYWHERE YET NOTHING IS GETTING DONE!! U can tell management about all this, but all they care about is the Damn rent money, which is too damn much to be living in a place like this. Better off being homeless at this point.

If you don't speak directly to property manager nothing will get done. Maintenance man says he will have things fixed and won't see none of them for 4 months. Head maintenance man walks around with pistol on his hip, too many children around for that. If he don't feel safe he should not work here. Also, head maintenance man has a rude attitude. Very unprofessional.

BEWARE. This apartment knew of my move in date since Sept 13th. When my move-in date, Oct 31st, came around I went to the office to pay my move-in fees. After that, I found out the keys hadn’t been made yet, the whole hvac system needed to be rewired so no working heat and air, the unit was dirty with dead bugs on the floor and counters, the door was warped to the point it created a large unsafe opening at the top, and the showers did not have any shower rods. I was given the run around the whole time by this company as to when things would be fixed so I could move in. By the time Nov 2nd came around, my unit still wasn’t done and I had already gotten approved at another apartment complex. They agreed to cancel my lease and refund my move in fees. I received a receipt dated Nov 3rd that showed a check was getting sent to the New Irving Heights office for me and was told it should take no more than 7-10 business days to get there. I was even assured it should get there sooner since it was being sent to the office. It is Nov 17th and I am just now finding out that my check was never sent previously. They had to “resend” it out on Nov 16th and I may possibly have to wait another 7-10 business days. I can’t move into my new apartment without that refund and have been homeless since Oct 31st but they are never able to give me an immediate solution to my issues. Even though they have caused me so much trouble, the regional manager can’t even do anything to get my check sooner. DO NOT stay anywhere that is managed by Monument. They will give you the run around with everything, delay your refunds and credits, and they will also never answer the phone. Good luck with any maintenance requests actually getting completed if you do decide to move in. Edit to respond to the comment under my review: No thank you. I have already been in contact with your office for weeks in person, since it is nearly impossible to get you to answer the phone. Neither you nor the regional manager have been able to fix my problem. I will be speaking to you directly through my attorney. They will be in contact with you soon. If you choose not to answer the phone at that time, I wish you the best of luck!

So normally I don't do this but when you try me and straddle a fence in business and play both sides I have serious issue. But let me introduce you to me since you didnt give me my due diligence like I did before making this review.. I am born to greensboro and I know alot of people here some even reside right there on this property. I'm a high school/college graduate 3.42 GPA associates in business management, business owner, 20+ in construction/maintenance tech field anything from small remodels to industrial conversions. Electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, you name i can do it. But, thats neither here nor there so you guys are looking for a review huh 🤨🤔😏 here's the best one. For a site that's charging 1100 dollars in rent the property doesn't fit the bill. Water damage and leaks to majority of the property. Poorly painted and no normalized maintenance. AC/Heat barely work have a elderly tenant that i met sweet as she can be hospitalized for two weeks with pneumonia because she has been waiting on someone to fix her heat for a whole year. Another tenant with flood and water damage to her whole unit, her bathroom ceiling has a hole in it the size of my Grandmother's jesus' last supper picture and need i say that thing is huge. Lets not forget about the lady that has the humongous leak right above her toilet. And the list goes on and then to find out i have family and friends living over there definitely shook the wrong branch. With that amount of money there should be no leaks, poorly painted units, broken fixtures, clogged sinks, sagging ceilings, trashy parking lot until I watched a man since Monday clean this parking lot then yesterday took the last cake slice for me when I watched this same man make sure the parking lot was trash free in THE RAIN 🌧 AND COLD 🥶 all day even if it was nothing there. Who is now sick behind being outside yesterday and was terminated because "he didn't do anything all day." (other then the truck and bed he through out and made it seem like it was done by office staff). Nothing can be fixed or done because there is no knowledgeable maintenance direction, someone who knows how take inventory for the up keep of the property. Went into a unit that was stated it was good didn't really have anything wrong get there and there's alot of things wrong. The best looking unit on the property is the office. So kinda makes you want to ask where's all the money going if the whole property looks this way🤔. So if you are looking for a place to spend 1100 in rent this is definitely not the place to spend it 😂. My review is if you live there already move or call the city if you thinking of moving there dont. Better maintenance crew and management should be built minus the girl at the desk in the front. Piece of advice to management do your homework before you do unsavory things to people you don't know must've thought some information wasn't going to be disclosed.

My partner and I went by yesterday for a viewing. The place looked good, relatively, but they had an outbreak of the flu, cool, understandable. They had a note kn the door asking to knock and wait. We did so and waited. After a while, I knocked again, again nothing and no one came. I tried calling and the same thing, no answer. We finally said f it and left. Worst experience.

Raw sewage in both the tubs and toilets in both bathrooms all weekend. No staff available to help. Most disgusting thing ever. Dirty neighbor's. Last resort was to call FDNC for assistance. No heat for a full winter and the management staff Lacey/ Lindsey whatever her name is has the dumbest look on their face when you go to explain issues, but they'll call if you are late paying rent. Smh

The park is hazardous with broken, rotted, wood. The pool has not been repaired or open in years . The gym is often closed for adolescent vandalism and mandatory pest control is charged but not provided monthly. The best way to address apartment issues is through the city.
