    New lease experience absolutely horrible. They canā€™t keep employees in their office so my lease was handled by 3 different people and no communication whatā€™s so ever. No update on application process and the only way I knew I was approved is because I kept calling . After I wanted to cancel my application is when they send the congratulations email. Had to call 3 extra times to get them send my cancellation in writing and that still took forever. Save your time and money ($250 wasted) and find somewhere else . Still donā€™t have my deposit refund confirmation either

    Awful leasing experience! I applied for and apartment, I paid the application fees and the security deposit. After one week, I called to follow up my application process (nobody called me) and I found out that the apartment that I applied for was not longer available. They just decided to assign a different apartment with totally different leasing conditions without asking me! That was so disrespectful. When I tried to get my money back they said that the application fee is not refundable. How is that possible? I applied for an apartment that was not longer available AFTER I paid. They changed the apartment without consulting me, they advertised an apartment that was not available, it was their fault, not mine.

    Love my experience so far. Only 3 months here but everyone is great. Maintenance is the best. That's the team that can make or break an experience in a community after you move in. My apartment was perfect when I moved in and they are quick, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. This maintenance team does a wonderful job keeping the grounds clean and the apartments running in good condition. I am glad I found a place with an office that is there if you need them and maintenance that keeps our everyday living running stress free.

    I had a good leasing experience! Got to tour my apartment before signing which was nice. I really like my apartment so far, spacious and cute and has fresh paint. Jody took care of me & my millions of questions!

    I love this placešŸ„°!The application process was explained thoroughly. Special thanks to šŸŒŸMary AnnešŸŒŸ. She made us feel like family in the office from day 1. She answered all of my questions and I had a lotšŸ§. The whole office staff is helpful and priceless.

    We lived in Hayleigh for the last 7 months and had a wonderful experience. Even though we were moving out bc we closed on a beautiful new home, we were actually sad to leave Hayleigh. The neighbors are so kind, the maintenance staff is on top of it, and every person who worked in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful. Not to mention, the property is beautiful and my kids loved the pool during the summer. I would highly recommend this as a home for anyone, whether temporary or long term. And thanks to Melissa Cortes in the office for making our check out seamless and making us feel like valued family.

    We were in panic mode trying to find an apartment that allowed larger dog breeds and we were living in Airbnbā€™s for a while after selling our home. Dee the assistant property manager made everything so easy that when we went and toured other properties we couldnā€™t say no to Hayleigh Village even though it was the place we spent the least amount of time at. Amy the property manager was so super nice that move in day was a breeze. I am so happy we found such a nice easy place to live. The property is well maintained and the pool abs facilities are super nice as well. Feels extra safe with the gate. Couldnā€™t give this place enough stars for the easy lease experience!
