My
residency
at
Bromley
Park
Apartments,
began
in
September
of
2022.
My
daughter,
who
was
in
her
early
20’s,
spent
two
years
at
this
complex,
and
I
often
visited
with
her.
She
always
had
the
best
things
to
say,
she
felt
safe,
and
comfortable,
and
never
had
any
problems.
Based
on
her
experience
with
Bromley,
as
well
as
what
I
experienced
through
her
stay,
led
me
to
explore
the
opportunities
Bromley
could
offer
myself
and
my
son.
I
was
in
a
relationship
transition,
and
I
was
looking
for
an
area
where
I
felt
my
son
and
I
would
be
safe,
and
Bromley
met
all
my
expectations.
I
began
my
journey
by
speaking
with
the
apartment
manager,
Jo-Anne,
who
was,
and
still
is,
one
of
the
most
helpful,
compassionate,
and
knowledgeable
people
I
have
ever
had
the
pleasure
to
meet.
Jo-Anne
was
able
to
answer
all
of
my
questions,
she
provided
me
with
assistance
in
completing
application
forms,
and
kept
me
up
to
date
throughout
the
entire
process.
Upon
moving
in,
the
apartment
was
well
cleaned,
it
had
normal
wear
as
apartments
typically
do,
the
carpet
had
not
been
replaced,
however
it
was
cleaned,
and
everything
looked
great.
The
apartments
have
an
open
floor
plan,
and
are
very
spacious.
We
have
a
fitness
room
that
has
very
nice
equipment,
and
men’s,
and
women’s
bathroom,
TV’s,
and
free
weights.
The
fitness
room
leads
out
to
the
pool
which
has
a
beautiful
fountain
that
was
on
when
we
moved
in,
unfortunately
it
was
closed
since
it
was
mid
September,
so
I
am
just
now
able
to
enjoy
it.
It
is
kept
clean,
there
are
a
few
tables
with
umbrellas,
and
a
lot
of
lounge
chairs.
The
complex
is
beautifully
landscaped,
it
is
kept
looking
nice
year
round.
The
maintenance
crew
are
very
kind,
and
do
great
work.
I’ve
only
had
to
contact
them
a
couple
of
times,
and
they
were
there
the
same
day,
but
if
not,
the
very
next
morning.
We
have
been
made
to
feel
like
family
here
at
Bromley
Park
Apartments.
I
truly
would
not
choose
another
complex
after
living
here.
Jo-Anne
is
always
coming
up
with
fun,
and
unique
social
activities
in
the
office,
as
well
as
food
trucks,
bingo,
and
the
celebration
of
many,
many
holidays!
I’ve
met
new
friends,
my
neighbors
are
awesome,
and
I
couldn’t
be
happier.
As
far
as
rent
prices,
in
my
opinion,
the
one
bedrooms
are
overpriced,
however
that
is
not
anything
that
the
apartment
manager,
or
staff
have
any
control
over.
But,
it’s
highly
worth
it
to
me.
Come
join
us!
You’ll
definitely
enjoy
what
Bromley
has
to
offer
you
and
your
family,
too.
