The building is filled with awesome, well maintained amenities. Two pools, two billiards tables, and 4 different gym areas. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and great apartment socials.

I had a great experience living at WFL. I thought the train would be a huge bother, and to be honest it was loud. However, my main concern is that the train would wake me because I am a light sleeper, but I had a white noise machine in my room and was not able to hear the train. The staff was great and made a lot of effort to engage residents. I greatly appreciated the weekly email that was sent to inform the residents of events happening in WS (since I was from out of state and unfamiliar with the area) and to update residents about happenings in the building. The staff also made great efforts to ensure a clean environment. My maintenance issues (which were few) were resolved or investigated on the day the request was entered. The premises felt safe and I felt comfortable coming home and walking in from my car after my late shifts. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of the popular downtown areas and I enjoyed being able to access so many things within walking distance.

I just moved into WFL and I have overall a wonderful experience. The elevator became inoperable a week or so prior to me moving in (something out of their control) and I had to move my things up 6 floors. The staff and upper management were very communicative during this time and willing to hear concerns of people (especially those moving in). Besides that unforeseen circumstance, move in has been seamless and I am in love with my apartment. I’m also very impressed with how cleanly the place was upon arrival. Neighbors I have met so far have been friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Soren in the front office for helping me throughout the entire process, from applying to apartments to moving in. I’m excited to live here!

I loved living at the Winston Factory Lofts! Any issues that came up were always solved quickly and it was easy to get contact with management. Soren was a great help during our entire stay there and I will miss living there.

Live here for a year and I am renewing my lease for new year. I love the industrial lay out, staff, and neighbors. Great place to live. Staff is always very responsive and maintenance issues are resolved within a day of filing the issue.

Maintenance requests are completed the next morning, which was awesome! The staff is very friendly and reply fairly quickly to any concerns. They host events every once in awhile for neighbors to know each other, and for awhile they had a food truck almost every Friday that was super fun to get dinner.

WFL is a great place to live! I found every single staff member to be responsive, kind and helpful. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and successfully, and the leasing office staff are always on top of things and communicate very well. I had a wonderful experience living here and highly recommend it!
